Camille was very nice and helpful today as she helped me select the right baseball hat for me. She also explained to me about their Custom Cap Program and how I might be able to use them for my business.

Their own website and google says they are opened at 10am on Saturday. I’m here at 10:30am and it’s still closed. The girl that just showed up that works here she tells me that they open at 11am. They need to update their hours on their website at least and not waste people’s time.

The first store didnt have the sizes and exact style that I needed so they sent me down to their other store a hundred feet away that could supply all my needs. Made my christmas deadline as well. Excellent staff, excellent stores.

They always have the best designs and for a guy with a large head they always have the larger sizes that I need which is great

Watch out!!!False advertisement. It was posted for $20 but I bought the hat for my dad for $30 because he wanted this one. They will NOT honor the advertising price.

Great selection, good quality, friendly staff. Only reason for -1 star is how expensive hats have gotten. I dont buy them like I used to but after tax it cost me nearly 40 dollars, I was a bit surprised.

I was searching for a company that will print ONE custom hat for a gift. The phrase I wanted embroidered is an inside joke that contains the F word.Was told it is against company policy to print cuss words and that their Custom embroidered hats must be free of swear words, and cannot contain any naughty words that could be taken out of context. Well, its not custom if your design has to be pre-approved by retail workers.Was willing to spend $50+ for this hat...guess they dont want any business...

Had a custom hat made for work and the guy said his boss had to do it because he couldnt not find a triangle but his boss would be late, two hours later I asked if they would call me when its done since his boss still had not shown up. I was there at 10am stayed until noon then called at 630 to ask if it was done since no one called me. I was told it was done. I get there after driving 45 minutes since I dont live near it and nope its not done. Ill be calling thier general manager

Great Hats shop, a lot of sports teams hats, awesome customize hats and logos, huge selections and sizes to choose from, very reasonable prices, awesome customer services and very friendly and helpful staff. Very recommended.

These kids have no idea what they are doing. I put in a order of 12 hats. Called 2 weeks later to see what the status was, no one had any answer for me told me they would call me back by the end of the day with some answers never received a call . Called them the next day and they blamed it on corporate office loosing the art work it’s been almost a month and the hats I payed for I still haven’t received. called today put me on hold for over 15 minutes before I got disconnected, when I finally talked to someone hats won’t be done for at least another week and a half . Don’t waist your time !!
