I would give 0 stars if I could.Called the Lynnwood store a week ahead to pre-order and reserve a ham to pick up new years eve. I got my order number and asked to confirmed it would be the Lynnwood store and they said yes. I asked them to confirmed their hours on new years eve and was told were 9am-6pm.I got to the Lynnwood store at 3:30pm new years eve and they were closed! They had closed at 3pm! I called the Bellevue store to see if they could help and was told that Lynnwood never takes orders. I had an order number and told her it and she said that order was at the Bellevue store. Since he worked in Redmond, it made more sense for my husband to pick up the ham so he left work early so he could drive to Bellevue to pick up our ham and make sure he got there before they closed.We saw 4 other people try the closed door so we werent the only ones they appear to have miscommunicated with. Very sad communication on their part. :-(
