I had been here once years ago when they first opened and was not impressed. I was amazed yesterday at the amount of items and the selection. Our cashier lady was awesome. She was super nice and helpful. My only disappointment was the pricing. I was expecting better deals but instead thought that some things were higher priced then what you could get at other places. Over all, I would recommend this place, but check your prices before buying.

I hadnt been to Big Lots in years. I was surprised to see food as well as housewares and clothing. Definitely some variety. I was unsure of the pricing due to the packages being different sizes than I normally see at the store I usually shop at.

I had a good experience here today, I came here for an item that I saw online and it was actually here. I was so relieved. I had originally purchased online from a different store that cancelled the order soon after ordering because the item was out of stock. This was a birthday gift for my mom I stopped at other stores along the way hoping to find it. This stores online websites were on point! The clerk that helped stopped what he was doing to assist me to get it ( shark steam mop) down from above. I dont remember his name but thanks I appreciate your help today and my my appreciated her gift.

Have a nice variety of items in the store including household goods, toiletries, groceries, yard and garden, furniture, and many other items at a decent price. The did not have a padlock though, unfortunately.

The staff are so kind!! I misplaced my cell phone this evening because my toddler didnt want to leave the toy section; my little one was upset and had a little meltdown. Everyone on duty were so kind and supportive in trying to help. They were helpful and informative regarding product before the phone incident, and were patient regarding my little one. I forgot how much I love this store. Thank you so much. It means a lot to a mom under duress!!

Great prices on many items you buy often like soap, cleaning products, toilet paper and housewares like bedding and towels. Even a furniture section with decent prices. This store is clean and organized. Always friendly people working here. Always great holiday and seasonal deals. Might be the best place to find a lot of outdoor Christmas decor and faux trees at prices that Santa would approve.

Store always has pallets of inaccessable product blocking aisles. Feels dangerous. Cashier gave appearance that she had said the same thing a million times. Went through her speach about satisfaction survey so fast, i could barely understand.Pretty sure if i filled it out honestly, i would not be winning the gift card. I have been in organised and well arranged. It doesnt have to be this way

Everyone is always extremely nice and helpful here. Clark especially. Whenever I need help at this store he has gone above and beyond whether it was hauling my couch around and bringing it out for me or flying around the store to find what I need it always makes it a good experience when people are efficient and like their job.

Cashier was helpful kind and familiar with stock and location of the products. Both employees that were in the store offered assistance for locating items. The prices were good and I located an item that fit my needs. In and out in a few minutes.

Big Lots is fun to walk around and snoop to see whats on the shelves, theres often something funny or enjoyable, and they have a nice staff.

I dont have too much money, but I needed to purchase a kitchen appliance. Big Lots had what I needed at a very reasonable price. Now, will this appliance blow up in my face? I dont know yet, but for now I got what I needed for an inexpensive price. Yay!

We used to shop here all the time, from waaayyy back when it was called Liquidation World. They used to have unique inventory at really cheap prices. Now, I can find most of their stuff at other stores for less, so we dont go here much.

Finally you have someone who speaks Spanish to the Latino community. There is a person named Cesar. He helped me with what I was looking for in my language and with a lot of quality. His help. Now I feel more reliable. Go to that store and ask if I need help. I feel happy.👍🏼

Prices are generally lower here and they often have 15% off which is a Really Good deal for everyday household needs like toilet tissues garbage bags cleaning supplies etc. Canned and boxed foods like crackers are a lot cheaper here too. A good range of plastic storage containers and toys and linens. Small range of well priced furniture and now christmas trees are in season. They cater to seasonal goods. I always find lots to buy.

Theyve got stuff, cheap. No frills, no theme, but if you need a random household object, theyve got it.

Im not so crazy about Big Lots as I used to be. I look through the store and see the same stuff I can get at Dollar Tree. The only reason I see for shopping at BL is for Halloween decorations (my favorite holiday) or when I just happen to be in the area. Curiosity hasnt killed this kitty yet.

Big lots is okay once they see you spending money to leave you alone but before that theyll follow you around until you do buy something because I think youre stealing even when youre not and then walking and you get back last week and you going to help me there

Amazing prices! Years ago, it was what you expect to see at a dollar store; cheap junk. Now you can buy furniture, food, and electronics at very fair prices. The staff is friendly and willing to help you find what you need and offer suggestions.

I love going here, the prices are always right!! The staff here are very welcoming and helpful. Sometimes you find so really great prices on dry goods, but the cooler items seem a bit average 😊

Big Lots is one of those places that can have some great deals mixed in with a lot of worthless deals. Its a place Ill stop if Im looking for some home goods or cleaning or bathroom stuff, or Im going to throw a party and need cheap munchies. Quality is not exactly synonymous with Big Lots but occasionally you can find what youre looking for at a good price.

I like this store. The staff are always friendly and helpful and I never have to wait too long to be checked out. While they do have a lot of regular items they carry all the time, a lot of their merchandise changes (like close-out and discount items) but I like coming in and finding something new every time. The prices cant be beat either. Huge savings.

This is not my favorite place to shop, they used to have better quality merchandise and some amazing deals but the last few times Ive gone in theyve had a bunch of junk. I will give them credit for having the store clean and organized well and the customer service is always great.

The remodel update to front end is nice. But the isles are very narrow and hard to get around the store.
