I bought a ring from there and it turned all black and would make my fingers purple, I went over the store to return it because I paid $120 for it, which is not a lot but for the ring to turn my fingers purple and to look so old I could’ve paid $20 at Walmart for, it’s about the quality of the jewelry. Anyways they didn’t want to give me a refund or exchange it at least, the lady at the counter was really rude and told me it was Normal for the rings to turn color and stained fingers, and that the person who sold it to me should’ve told me that would happen. My personal opinion I will never go there and spend extra money on the brand if it’s going to do the same thing a cheap non branded jewelry would do! Pandora proved to be just a brand name with out any values!

I really enjoyed my visit to this store. The store manager was really sweet and helped me pick a nice gift based on my needs. I totally recommend it! If you are not sure what to get, they will take care of you! :)

Rachel was absolutely amazing today. The store was busy with lots of holiday shoppers and I had a two part request: looking for a charm for my aunt and cleaning my mom’s bracelet who passed away last year. Rachel was considerate and never rushed us. Thank you for the good experience!

There was no customers in the store and the employees never once looked at us to let us into the store.

I love the product. It seems that they are often in a rush to get you out. Twice now I have been charged for a free gift. They also wanted to package all the charms together when I believe each should be its own gift. Pandora has really made gift ideas easy.

I went there with my friend and wanted to purchase a ring. The associate with accent was really made me uncomfortable by stood next to us, literally, hand in hand with us while we were tried on a couple rings. Do we look suspicious, mam? Or do you think that we don’t have money? I’d never ever come back to this store ever again.

I decided to try Pandora while in search of a Christmas present, and my experience was absolutely awful. The store was understaffed, and didnt have a good process for figuring out who to help. I knew exactly what I wanted coming into the store. After trying to get someone to help me for 40 minutes I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Ill not be returning to this Pandora location.

The stores are very good but the only bad thing in the Macys parking lot they tried to steal my bus I realized when I tried to open my trunk of the bus and I did not want to open, when I turned on my bus and I went to go the bus told me that The trunk door was open and indeed when I manage to open with the help of my daughter the trunk door is scratched and the paint has come out. I should have told the police but my scare was so much that I followed him home since it was 1 1/2.
