I stopped by Total Wine to buy some items for a party and really wanted to try new options though was very lost on what to try. I had asked a lovely associate, Jenny, for their options. Jenny asked questions to be able to provide me with better recommendations, was knowledgeable, fun, and easy to talk to. Jenny made the experience much more fun and was so sweet! Plus, showed me a brand that is inclusive which I love to hear about!

Everyone who works at Total Wine, at all locations Ive been to before, are super helpful and friendly. Their stores are usually huge and can be daunting when you dont know where to find what you want. But there are always lots of available workers on the floor who are more than happy to help guide you to what you want and even make suggestions when youre looking for them.

The space is super clean and all of the staff wear masks. The aisles are nice and wide so its easier keeping a distance from other customers too. There is a HUGE selection and I love that most of the options have little cards with information about the drink.The only issue is the staff. It was really hard flagging someone down. Its not for a lack of staff either. There was a bunch of staff, but they were constantly doing other things. At one point someone did approach me and I will say he was friendly and helpful. There is no doubt that the staff is knowledgeable about the products. I kind of felt like he was in the middle of something though, because he seemed like he was in a bit of a hurry. Im not sure what was going on, its not like the place was crawling with people.What I got made up for it, the staff know their stuff and are willing to take your price point into account. Theyre just hard to flag down

My fiance and I came in to get wine for our wedding and our consultant Mitch was so helpful with our tastes and desires. He had great advice and kept us in our price range. If I had to get wine for another event or gathering, or wanted advice on pairing and suggestions Id come back here and ask one of the consultants, they are knowledgeable and helpful.

Great selection of craft beer. Have singles, mix and match 6 packs, plenty of options. Local and international brews

A local establishment for the best selections of wine and spirits I have found outside of a major winery or city. We’re speaking about Lynnwood here and even though this town is up and coming, it is not as large as Seattle yet. That being said, this business is by far the best place to go for your alcohol selections. They even have the mini selections for your mini bar and they have a wide selection of moonshine distillations as well. You just can’t go wrong here and I recommend you giving this business a try when you’re in the area.

I had no idea there was so much stuff here. If you dont know what youre looking for its easy to get wrapped up. Thank goodness they have knowledgeable associates that can help you along the way and provide useful info about the products if you have questions.

Oh man, this place is incredible.huge selection of liquor. Tons of craft and domestic beers as well prices cant be beat as an 18 pack thats 20-22 elsewhere is like 17-18 here. Give er a go, its worth the drive.

This was my first time in a Total Wine and I was impressed by the sheer size! Everything is easy to find and well labeled. And if you have trouble finding something there’s always somebody around to help. There’s tons of local choices as well as non-local. I also get deliveries from total wine and the orders are always on time and correct.

What is with the employees here. I feel like a criminal being watched when I walk in to get a cigar. Just stack your wine bottles and mind your business.

Massive selection, so many options to choose from. Im a whiskey/craft beer drinker. I typically try the bottles that have dust on them, beers that look unfamiliar. This place is an incredible stock i had a hard time choosing. Will be back again

Sold me a half keg that they claim has a different style tap then all other kegs and so when the bartender went to tap it he couldn’t. They didn’t tell me before hand and when I went to return it they wouldn’t return it. Both bartender and everyone I’ve spoke too has never seen a keg with this “ rare tap” . 200 dollars wasted and didn’t have beer for my wedding. AND on top of it all they wouldn’t even give me my keg DEPOSIT back. Lol what a joke

They need to organize their sellers to have all the low carb ones together, and labeled with carb counts

What a cool place, like a liquor store on steroids but with style and a plethora of knickknacks. But no cherry brandy. (They sold out because of Xmas, go figure.) They have a bunch of stuff if never seen before, and that was very interesting, but not as much so as seeing $8 bottles next to $108 bottles, and thats no joke. Lots of plain brands, lots of fancy ones, and lots of everything in between. It was a lot of fun just spotting the occasional wild bottle designs, too. And if youre looking for mixers & accessories, you wont be disappointed. Best of all, I found a great selection of rye whiskies, and the fifth of Knob Hill had a very fair price. Best of all, I dont have to suffer the ridiculous prices grocery stores are charging. Seriously, the same bottle of single malt scotch at our grocery store was $40 and only $25 at TW. (Thats a bigger deal than youd think because WA state doubles the price with its tax.)

Some great deals on labels you never heard of. Most are acceptable but a few are fantastic.

Great selection of just about everything with ABV. The staff are also very helpful but not overly intrusive on your shopping experience if you want to just look around. We came in for some specialty stuff and were pleased with the selection, Mead (honey wine) some sangria, and we grabbed a couple of small samplers. I love the tiny samplers as they let you try something without commiting to the whole bottle! They are located right by check-out. If you sign up for their program you get coupons via email and once you get 5,000 points you get $5 off. Worth a visit!

Large and diverse selection. I could seriously spend days in here sorting through the different types of alcohol, but would never need to due to the really helpful and polite staff that make recommendations based on genuine personal experience and how they feel about a brand/ flavor1. Easily accessible location with plenty of parking across the street from the mall.

Had limited time to get in and get out for a trip to the ocean supplies on Thanksgiving. Found the Ace pineapple hard cider I like for $3.00 per six pack less than what I usually pay, and an 18 pack of Michelob Ultra for $16.99. The next best part was the young man who offered to help me find what I need. Wish I had looked for his name, as his customer service is worth mentioning. The gentleman at checkout was courteous and kind as well. Great prices and service. Thank-you.

I spoke with a manager at lynwood location.i love this place.leadership is very professional. Some of the floor staff are lacking in knowledge of what they store carries.These stores have some of the finest cognac selection. Affordable prices too.Actually bought my girlfriend collectors bottle of Hennessy it was pink Gave it on v day it was beautiful

When I need a good selection of everything, which is usually for the holidays, I come here. The staff is very helpful in any alcohol you need with recommendations for you. Its especially helpful when buying gifts for people who drink differently than you. Had a great experience today picking out champagne, bourbon, tequila and some ciders. Always love how easy it is to get lots of options and help with determining what you should buy.

Whiskey prices are very high and keep going up. Sales people push instore brands of lesser quality. Up to half of scotch selection is store branded.

We ALWAYS enjoy visiting Total Wine & More in Lynnwood. The selection is tremendous, the staff are MORE than helpful / knowledgeable, and the pricing is ALWAYS frustrating !! (I live in Vancouver, B.C. Canada so the prices here compared to what we have to pay in Canada is beyond surprising!) For what I can spend for a decent bottle of Chardonnay at TW&M, I will pay AT LEAST twice that in Canada (even taking into consideration the exchange rate), frustrating YES, but does it ultimately make me happy, YOU BET! LOVE THIS STORE!

You can find anything you are looking for when needing wine and spirits.The maple flavored whiskey wasnt cheap but a sip once in a while is great

Probably not Total Wines fault, but prices are a bit steep and selection is a bit mass-production heavy. I am someone who appreciates a rich, powerful artesanal mezcal, and was at least happy to see that they offer quite a variety for a store outside of Mexico. I will definitely continue to return, but truly wish that they would connect with some independent mezcaleros, not just the bigger companies that, by the nature of the beast, have a focus on quantity over quantity.Although I havent got to experience this, due to Covid-19, they say that they normally allow sampling of their products.....which for me, would give them huge bonus points!! Looking forward to when those days return.

We had a private wine tasting for a group with Jerry as our teacher. He was GREAT! He selected some fabulous wines for us to try and provided personal anecdotes throughout the class which made it even more fun!

I was trying to find some 1664s, and this gentleman went out of his ways to get it from the top of the shelfs, the other four staffs that helped me today were also great! They gave me clear directions of where things are and gave great recommendations! This is my third time in this store and so far, Im very impressed with the customer service, the overall cleanness of the place and their selection!

I really hate shopping at this place! I came here, because the gift that I was looking for is only at this place.The staff is rude and dont really help if youre looking for something. And, maybe Im being too sensitive, but a white guy before me got good service laughs and some conversation with the clerk. When it was my turn I didnt even get hello, or did you find everything ok like the guy before me. Over sensitive? Irony? Poor service? Either way I didnt feel like I belonged there. Hopefully I dont have too shop here again.

If you’re a person of color and want to be treated poorly come here. As soon as my husband and I walked into the store we were greeted with stares instead of a hello. We knew exactly what we were looking for so we brushed it off. On of the employees asked what we came in for today and took us to the shelf the specific vodka would have been on. There was none on the shelf so she proceeded to take us to another area and told us this selection was Medicare and less expensive. She even pointed out a watermelon flavor to me which I don’t even like. We got what we wanted and went to the front where Josie was an amazing help! She looked up the vodka that I wanted and had someone bring it to the front unlike the other employee. The only other thing we didn’t like was that they looked inside the box of whiskey we got saying some people switch the bottles however out of the 10 times we’ve been here this is the first time they’ve done this. 1 star because Josie seems to be the only one that treats people that are brown with respect. Last time in.

If you are looking at spirits, go talk to Anna, shes a hidden gem in the store. I am building a bar in my home, but there were a few specialty items I had trouble locating in the local stores - orgeat, creme de violet, absinthe, etc.Not only was she able to direct them to me right away, she provided a lot of recommendations and context, and knew exactly the reasons I needed them. Really like the absinthe mist trick she provided vs. glass swirl for coating glasses.I cant wait to ask her about other stuff next time Im in there, I consider myself pretty well rounded on my knowledge in spirits but she put me on my heels - you can tell she educates herself in her craft. Lots of respect. Too bad telltotalwine is down, she deserves recognition from her store!

Really wide variety! We created our own 6pack which was fun! Its a great way to try new flavors of beer and cider.We were also looking for butterscotch schnapps since the regular grocery store was out. A nice employee went and got a forklift to get us the bottle from a box on top of the shelves. Really went above and beyond.
