Paid for an online order the Sunday before. I went to pick it up and it hadn’t been made. They had the order but just didn’t make it. Owner tried to blame me, then the computer, then her phone until all those were proven to not be the cause of the error. I had to come back the next day. Glad I didn’t try and pick it up the same day as the party.

Baskin-Robbins is my favorite place to buy ice cream! I always have a good experience whenever I come here. One I came in with a friend but didnt have any money to buy anything and the manager gave me a free ice cream cone :) This place is never crowded and the workers are never all up in your business whenever you sit in the small tables inside. It is also very clean and relaxing. Totally going back to Baskin-Robbins.

Lady was handled the money from one customer then makes cones without wearing gloves or washing hands! Not good in todays times!!! They should be extra clean during these hard times but they are not!

Ordered an Ice cream cake for my Sons birthday. One of the best cakes weve had. Something for everyone, will definitely be considering order more ice cream cakes for special events.

They dont have all the flavors right now! Very disappointed

I can not say that I am delighted with the taste so much that I could say with certainty that the price corresponds to the quality. You can come to any institution Seattle, where the variety of season flavors just break the shelves, and enjoy really delicious ice cream.In this case, I would not overpay for the brand. But this is my personal opinion and it can change depending on the mood, as well as the choice of ice cream flavor. 🤗
