The staff was friendly and helpful. But there was more option before Covid. It was more extravagant and fun and had more whimsy before. Now many of the shelves are empty, and bright colors are just gone. Sad to see. Still a fun place with some unique options.

Customer service was amazing all the employees were helpful and very sweet. However, I was enjoying my chocolate tonight and bit into a piece of plastic! I don’t think I’ll come back here, my mom likes to spoil her grandkids and take them here, they could have easily choked if they took that bite.

Liked it but the person working there was a bit unfriendly and not into being helpful for us. They helped another couple and then acted like we were in the way while we were getting out items. The store has a decent selection of items, so thats what Im rating.

Always enjoy the candy, especially sour gummies. I went in last week and they were out of a lot of stuff that they usually stock. I don’t go very often as it’s very pricey so it’s usually just a special treat.

Been here only twice as of now but each time has been a great experience. They have a very wide selection of everything, their candies, their chocolates, even the honey sticks, too. There are a lot of cute treats and the staff is very friendly and helpful. In my latest visit, one of the staff restocking the sour candy section happily offered us samples of each of the sour belts they were putting out. And if youre a big fan of sour candy, I can say the fruity belts are some of the most sour candies theyve got!

Dude, this place is effing awesome! Highly recommend getting a jar, as those can be refilled for about $7 if I remember correctly, but even just getting random things without a jar is more than worth itAlso has some snack boxes, seems to change out every month or so, if thats more your style

I personally love fancy foreign candy and this place had it. It’s nice to find a place that has a variety of stuff it’s hard to find locally. They also had all the usual fun candy shop options.

For nothing but pure candy and pure joy nothing beats Lolli and Pops. Prices are a bit high but nothing beats their selection as well as stocking some hard to find items, all in one place.

Son loves the store. Make sure your kids have been given a limit of how much you are going to get because everything looks good a normal is. They will give samples if you want to try anything. If you need a special shape or type of candy for something like a party this is the perfect place. Can get really pricey, that is the only downside.

Awesome selection of bulk candies. House-brand milk chocolate is smooth and refined; dark chocolate is bittersweet and satisfying. They have lots of perks for repeat customers, and its easy to mix and match when you buy. Great place for those who like variety.

So much tasty candy! Like cotton candy? They have crazy flavors. Like gummy bears...name a flavor. Name a nostalgic candy and they probably have it, even a woohoo candy bar, grape Nihi. So fun

Amazing candy! Wonderful quality, and the workers are super sweet! They let you sample the bulk candies, have all of your favorites, and even have a Harry Potter section towards the front, with chocolate frogs, Bertie Bots every flavor beans, jelly slugs, and Butter Beer! I have bought 2 chocolate frogs, and am dying to try the Butter Beer! I will definitely go back to this amazing candy shop!

The staff are always friendly and willing to help you find something. A while back when they first opened this location I had an allergic reaction to a chocolate, I haddent figured out what I was allergic to at that point and asked the staff if I could have an ingredient list to copy. She not only got me the list but copied it for me and got me in contact with corporate if I had any other concerns, it was awesome. (And also helped in my quest to narrow down my allergy).

Small shop so be prepared to have to shuffle past others and sometimes wait if you get trapped in a corner. Besides that though very friendly staff, great selection, lots of bulk items sold by the 1/4 pound. Sadly no scales to weigh what you are buying.

Our experience with lolli and pops has always been positive. We purchase a Forever Jar recently. Shortly after, my son shattered his jar. I wanted to buy a replacement, but they gave him one at no charge with smiles on their faces. The staff constantly interacts positively with my children. I will constantly refer people to Lolli and Pops as it comes up in conversation

If you wish to go down candy memory lane. This is the place for that. Also good to try new candy here too. Location is tight. Yet, staff is fast and friendly in the store as well as at the register. Highly recommended.

Huge selection of candies. The price is on the high end because they weight most of the candies but it is still a fun place for kids to visit. Selection for gummy bears is awesome.

This place is a touch of sweet heaven. Chocolates, gummies, hard candies, old school candies, you name it theyve got it! Be careful candy is weighed here so if youre sweet tooth is out of control you will pay! Also they have these nifty little bear jars that you can stuff with your favorite candies for a set price so thats also an option. I love the gourmet jelly beans and the Champaign and Pineapple gummy bears, Yum!!

Great candy store in the mall.Has that old fashioned giant candy store feel to it.Clean, spacious, excellent customer service and a very large selection make this a great place to stop when needing to curb your sugar / chocolate cravings.

This place, its weird. The employees wear these old fashioned soda shop uniforms and look like theyre straining to stay in character all the time. They sell a lot of candy by the pound, and its something like $4 per pound (check the website), which is egregious. Lots of eclectic offerings besides, like custom cotton candy, odd rice crispy treats flavors, and candy from around the world. Go here to be transported to another world where you can believe Gene Wilders Willy Wonka really exists, and youre checking under the table for stray Oompa Loompas.

The staff is amazing and welcoming, but they never have what Im looking for. The whole point of a candy store is the candy inside, and they run out of their best stuff, especially the gummies. Corporate needs to be better about the orders I feel, until then Im going over to candy club.

They have chocolate covered gummy bears, for starters. Chocolate covered cherries & blueberries. Salted caramel chocolate rocks. Handmade bonbons. And so much more. And thats just in the chocolate section!They also sell bulk non-chocolate candies. Your gummy fruits, hard candies, saltwater taffy, jawbreakers, and the like. All by the pound. Not cheap, but hey! A great shop for when you wanna spend $50 on pure happiness.Not to mention your specialty and novelty candies, like obscure European and Asian imports, and the 5 lb gummy bear.I do have some complaints. Firstly, they offered a refillable jar that cost $15 the first time you bought it, jar & candy included, but every time thereafter was sold as being $5 per fill-up, your choice of any bulk candy. So imagine my disappointment when I brought mine in last week to find Lolli & Pops no longer honors that agreement! Boo!!! Now my jar costs nearly $10 to fill up. And to me, thats bad business.Those who bought the $5 jars should see them honored. Wanna up the price for future buyers? Fine. But change the jar design to distinguish old jars from new, and honor the terms of your original sale. Bc quite frankly, I feel bamboozled.Second, they used to stock the most delicious cotton candy, set apart from the rest by its depth of flavor. Theyve replaced it, of course, but the new cotton candy is regular old ho-hum, clawingly sweet cotton candy I wouldnt dream of spending $7 a container for. Bring back Li-Hing Pineapple!!!

I inventoried this store a couple weeks back and I cannot tell you how much candy this store has. Thousands upon thousands of pieces, that it’s almost impossible to find something that you WOULDNT like. They sell refreshments for hot days too! After it was all said and done, this store has some cool nick-nacks to take home too! From Harry Potter to new movies coming out, they’re very well themed which is a huge bonus for the kids and younger siblings. I took my younger brother here and he was obsessed over the Jurassic Park candy and the Incredibles 2, too!

There is simply nothing like this store and all the delicious sweetness anywhere! Not only is the store clean and organized and filled with amazing fun finds for children of all ages (adults too) it has rare and unique sweet treats as well. But heres the best part about this store that keeps me coming back- THE STAFF! They are simply amazing! Great customer service from everyone at all levels. They remember their return customers and what they like. Customers are always greeted no matter how crazy busy the store is. Tim is a rockstar! He takes the time to show you new things and helps patiently with even the smallest most and indecisive customers like my five-year-old. ;) He makes gift giving a breeze, and comes up with great ideas for themed movie nights with candy that makes me look like the coolest mom ever! Hah! I had never seen any of the Harry Potter movies and Tim helped me pick out great candies for each movie as we watched the series. Hannah is also very sweet and helpful. Love this store! I mean what is there to say. This is a candy store with so many different types of candy to choose from. I dont like the design as it is very narrow and can make you feel a little cramped. Also because it only sells candy the candy is a tiny bit pricey, but that is expected at any candy store.

Lolli and Pops at the end of the mall was pretty iffy, there was a worker named Cheryl or Sharon that I am referring to. I went to check out my items with her on 8/2 and she asked if I found everything. I told her one thing I couldnt find and she went to look for it and I followed her to see if she found what I wanted so I can pick the right selection. On our way back to the counter my son asked her about some chocolates, we ended up adding those chocolates to our shopping bag so when we get back to the counter there was some people waiting in line and this worker starts ringing these people up as if she forgot she had been helping me first or maybe even she is racist? I had to wait back in line. When it was my turn again to get rung up I asked her her name very nice to see if this was a complaint or misunderstanding, she answered with a quick question of her own. Before I could even process the name she gave me she quickly replied whats your name as if its any of her business while she is on the clock to know my name. I wont be shopping there any more.If you are helping someone while working make sure you finish with that customer before moving on to the next customer if good customer satisfaction ratings is what you are after.
