I have used Seattle Findings for my dental office soldering supplies over the last few years. They have offered good prices and good customer service for good products. Recently I ordered some heat shield that came promptly but had been damaged in transit. They quickly responded with a full credit for the purchase! Seattle Findings has been very ethical with their response to my concerns and I recommend you try them.

I love this store. The prices are great. They beat everyone else hands down. The quality is very nice. I will be back for more. I wish they carried rose gold in solid gold findings. It is my favorite.

Not open for sales. Amazon is probably cheaper an has sales on top an we all have Amazon giftcards/account balance/points if you want to place online orders. Really the only reason for local stores anymore is have instant pickup, hands an eyes on all the available products being sold. I dunno why I chose the year they shut down all small businesses to stop shopping online anyways. When in Rome I guess.

This is a great store to be able to pop into quickly when needing supplies and tools. The people working there are always very helpful and friendly! My most recent tool purchase was a rolling mill that works absolutely great for my needs. I will always come back to shop and support a fellow small business!

I am a beginner in jewelry making and Seattle Findings has been great. The people in the store are always helpful and have even steered me away from expensive purchases that I dont really need at this stage. I took a soldering class that was very helpful. They have tools you cant find at a bead store. My new candy store!

Clueless beyond belief for customer service. I called to place an order. I was told to order on-line as I would get discounts and shipping. I got neither. What I did get was an email telling me to call - which is what I did in the first place. The shipping that I was told Id get? It turned out to be the standard $10 and change that anybody gets charged. According to them I checked the box saying Id pick up the items, but I live a four hour round trip from the store, so would NEVER have checked the box. If you want to get your time wasted, this is the place! BTW - I didnt ask for free shipping. What I asked for was them to stop wasting my time with order on-line, no, call the store. Quit wasting my time!

I bought a Rolling Mill from Seattle Findings in March. I was excited as I had received some money as a retirement gift. When I got to Seattle, ( I live in Victoria, British Columbia) it was a bit late in the day so I phoned the store and Leah said she would stay 15 minutes till I got there. I appreciated that. When I got there, I quickly picked up my goods (over $500 worth of tools) and left so Leah could get home. The Rolling Mill was not in its original box but I trusted it was ok. When I got home and opened the box, I saw that it was damaged like it had been dropped heavily or banged. I took a picture of it, and when I returned to Seattle a couple of weeks later, this time by the Clipper so I couldnt carry it, I went to the store and told Leah. I showed her the picture and she denied that it had been damaged, or acted like she didnt know it was damaged. I said I would like to return it, and she said I had only 3 weeks to return things, and already 2 weeks had gone by. I live out of country, so returning it is not simple. I said I would like to replace it for another one, and she said that the store didnt have any more, and that it would take months to get another, if the store would even take it back. I paid full price for the Mill, and got a damaged item, for which the store would take no responsibility. I am very disappointed and would like some restitution. I now have a damaged Rolling Mill as a retirement gift.

Ive been coming here for years. Its always a joy to come to the store as Leah and Hannah are always friendly, helpful and patient.Its the best place in town to buy tools and materials for metalsmithing.

Should be able to not rate any stars. Not happy. Placed my order on the 17th of November with 2-day FedEx shipping. My order arrived on November 27th. Called for a refund on the shipping and was told my confirmation email said that one of my items was on backorder. It did not. Was put on hold. Then the lady comes back and said for some reason my copy of the email did not say that BUT theirs did. Really??? So she would give me a refund of $5.00 on a $20.75 shipping bill. Youve got to be kidding me! And then we were disconnected! And no I did not hang up because I was going to argue that amount of refund. But obviously they need the money more than me.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Dealing with this company has been absolutely horrendous. Do NOT order supplies from this company. You can find many of the items online for far cheaper.I made the mistake of ordering from this company and got cheap made in china tools. That wasnt what sent me over the edge to give such a poor review. What sent me over the edge is that I paid for two day shipping on Thursday evening. I did not receive my package until late Tuesday evening. I paid for it to be here on my birthday and it wasnt.Going through the return process was horrible. The woman I spoke to blamed me for the package not arriving on time. I work in a shipping department this is ridiculous.So I want to return my item and low and behold I have to pay for shipping the return, and wait 3 weeks to get my refund. This is absolute garbage as is the company.

I received my order today 8-7-15 and realized I could not use it. Called and ask if they would let me return it and was advised no. the order was correct, people were friendly but I realize that in terms and conditions, it says you cannot return such items. These items were never taken out of the box and felt it would not hurt to return them.
