Went here with my mother in-law to get a pattern and fabric for window treatments. The store is large and designed well to find what you need. They have a vast selection. I would give a better rating if the store was cleaner. Many of the fabric sections were messy and things out. They seemed to be low on certain fabrics. I will continue to shop here for crafts and fabric needs, just be a more pleasant visit if things were more tidy. Staff was nice, they were helpful and very knowledgeable. There is ample parking that is also easy to access the shopping center. There is disable parking and access. If there are any changes on my next visit to this location, I am happy to update this post.

I dont usually go to Joanns, especially if Im in a rush, because the lines are often slow on weekends and I dont always think the prices are fair on their fine art supplies BUT I called in a rush the other day because I was supposed to drop off artwork for the Arts Festival that afternoon and I couldnt believe I got the wrong sized matte for my submission. Amelia picked up the phone and asked me questions to figure out what I needed and she had it ready for me in 10 minutes. Amelia needs a raise and a tiara pronto and Ive reconsidered my stance on the Joanns framing department.

Love this location--clean, well organized and with very helpful staff. They had several of the items I had looked at on Amazon at even lower prices, with the benefit that I didnt have to wait for shipping. A very large selection of fabrics, especially costume fabrics, quilting cotton and nice patterned flannels.

They have all kinds of craft supplies and fabrics. Unfortunately most is imported instead of made in USA.

This store is very big and has a very large selection of fabrics. The people that work here are always friendly and helpful.From crafts, jewelry findings, frames, home decor and sewing needs, theyve got it covered and more.Really appreciate how the fabrics are so organized at this store. It was easy finding cotton trademark character prints for my grand children. The store in Everett is a mess when it comes to organizing those fabrics.

Whenever I need any kind of sewing or fabric materials, I go here first. Nearly always, that means I get all my shopping for sewing done in one place! They also have a myriad of other homebody hobby supplies. The staff is always helpful, patient, and knowledgable even when I dont know! Highly recommended.

Everything you could ever want for any kind of craft or home decor project. Even games. Line moved fast and lots of staff on the floor. Clean store.

I can always find some inexpensive items for last minute staging. Bring your coupons.

I had placed an online order, but had never done so before, so I didnt know it could take a whole day. I tried to call, but they were very obviously busy, and I got forgotten on hold twice.5 stars? Heres why.When I went in to see what was going on with my order, the cashier on register 6 was very helpful in explaining the system to me, then she got a manager, Jess, to check if my order was being shopped, or let me cancel so I could shop it. Jess said my items were ready and shopped it right then for me. She then gave me some awesome tips and resources for my resin work (Im a novice with this medium.) So helpful and kind when the didnt have to do this. Above and beyond. Thanks ladies.

TLDR: average craft store. Always use coupons.Parking: large shared lot.Average craft store. Ive been here several times but havent run into any rude employees. But I do have to say it can be hard to flag down an employee for help---not sure if the lack of employees is due to COVID-19 at the moment.Tip: never step foot inside until you look up coupons. They almost always have coupons for some percent off a single item. Just make sure you read the fine print.

Went specifically for their amazing face masks! Fast service, great selection and awesome price! Their kids masks fit my 5 year old perfectly!!!

The store is great, they always have what Im looking for. I wish when there are 12+ customers waiting for fabric to be sheared, that 2 of the 3 young ladies cutting not take their break at the same time. They lost a few customers that day.

This store has been doing an exceptional job keeping up with pandemic craft rushes and holiday madness. The employees are doing an excellent job. You may not find what you need right now. But I definitely can say you wont be disappointed. 😆

Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of fabric. Didnt have the yarn type was looking for.Other craft supplies, like airbrush paints, were very limited.

JOANNs has a pretty good selection of fabric and craft supplies, although they tend to be rather on the pricey side. I find the store setup to be slightly chaotic but if you wander around long enough youll usually find what youre looking for. I dont think they have enough sales floor people - because I can never find anyone when I have a question, but the checkers are always pleasant.

The Joann Fabrics and Crafts in Lynnwood, WA, is a nice big store. It offers more than other ones. I saw Scrubby yarn colorways that are not in my nearest store. Overall, my experience is always pleasant. I could easily spend a good part of the day in there, like a kid in a candy or toy store. :-D Its a crafters paradise.

I resisted the deer head...and two more skeins of velvet yarn...it wasnt easy....

Always a long line to check out, and often a long line to get fabric cut, despite there being numerous employees in the store puttering around.

Really nice people. Im making a friends wedding dress and needed more of a certain fabric than they had so the lovely person behind the counter popped of to the phone to call around to see if any of the sister JOANNs had it, located it, and put it on hold so I could run up there and get it.

I love coming here to stock up on art supplies. There is always a sale going on. I wish there were employees on the actual floor to help, buy other than that great store.

Great selection, some of the staff is very knowledgeable, but that doesnt matter if they dont keep consistent hours.Their website said this location was supposed to be open until 8 tonight. I got there at 7:08 and the remaining staff said they closed at 6 and gave no reason other than Its Sunday.. 6 is pretty darn early to close on a weekend, 5 days before Christmas. After a 9.5 hour shift, I drove almost a half hour, past 2 Michaels, to find out their website is outdated. Im bummed.

Excellent place for little crafts and ideas. Love taking my daughters here, they can always find fun projects to work on, helps keep them off the TV and cell phone.

This stoe was absolutely bare. There were no products in this store. I was kind of expressed by the size but once I got inside I was quite disappointed there were no products.

New staff is much more friendly. there are areas in the store that could use more attention because of the messy and unorganized way that they get and then remain. Best to shop this store during the day and daylight hours because the area can get pretty bad at times

Always a great place to get almost anything craft/sewing related! Although its kind a pain to find a specific type of fabric with the way they cover the label with the fabric on display.

It has an amazing selection of cloth and kid stuff. A good selection of other stuff.This more of a complaint to corporate planning, but I hate that this store (as well as others) removes holiday items 2 weeks before actual holiday. Good luck looking for Halloween stuff after October 20. Christmas stuff after December 10th. It makes frustrating to plan or even try to ANYTHING at the last minute. And uhhh unfortunately, I do a lot of things at the last minute.

Actually the butterflies are from the dollar store but the ribbon is for Pride parade. My see sister loves the hawks and mickey. Nice find!

I like this store more than the others in the area because is has so many more products than the others do. The staff is very helpful as well.

Its a huge store with lots of options and variety. Its also very clean- with is nice. The layout was a bit confusing, but it was also my first time. Overall I really enjoyed the store.Minus two stars because the employees were all pretty rude. From the gal at the cutting counter to employees around the store, and to the register. It felt like us being there bugged them (and it wasnt like they were about to close or anything). Everyone seemed annoyed or frustrated that they had to do their job. Makes me wonder what kind of leadership they have..Overall great store, but something is up with the customer service.

Great service and the employees are really making sure to clean everything throughly between customers during these weird times of COVID19. I have to say I was impressed. This place also is hiring 25 new people by the end of the week so for anyone looking for a job they have openings!

Website and Voice Machine says that they close at 7 pm on sundays . I got there at 6 pm and they wouldn’t let me in very dissatisfied and now going to Michaels who’s hours are correct on their website.

A bit pricey, painfully slow checkers. Overall feeling of not welcome. Feels very cliche like especially around fabric areas. I am pretty sure i would not survive the cutting table if i made a mistake in the order of things

Its a great store with lots of crafty things but my issue everytime i go in is the really long line to checkout. Sometimes its the same for the cutting counter. But yea i legit just stood in line for over 10min. Big oof. Otherwise i love going there and id say 8/10 times i find what im looking for.

Never update anything, most times place is messy and if you need help they hardly have any staff to help. Plus the ones that do are very useless and its a chore to talk with them. Covid has only shown their disfunction and lack of being with the times. Need to update site, hours, phone tree system and security. But hey, they have good coupons and sales.

Joanns has great sale prices and coupons. Get the Joann app; it has more coupons. The staff us helpful - especially if you keep asking different salespersons till you get someone with the expertise you need.

I went there to buy a decent quality pair of scissors. Found what I came for, but the price was a tadbit above my budget for May. Illreturn the first week of June tobuy them.

They have a decent selection of craft supplies at an acceptable price. I would say prices seem to be marked up, but there are enough sales and or coupons to justify it. Some of the employees seem a little moody from time to time. And the lines can get pretty long. Overall one of the better craft stores in the area. Though I wouldnt go as far as calling it the best.

I dont think I have ever been to a Jo-anns with personable employees. I almost always leave feeling frustrated with the employees. Nice selection. Just dont expect kind, enthusiastic help.

Great setup, yet unfortunately encountered an employee who I politely tried to ask a question. She turned her back on me and proceeded to walk away. At the point I decided to give up. I do believe if one doesnt like their job they should seek a new one if possible.

I ordered online 3 different types of facbric plus more, got an email saying my whole order was ready just to go to the store and not even half is ready to be picked up. I understand one fabric BUT ALL 3! Then I am charged for my entire order. Talked to about 4 different people and no one can give me real answers.

Found what we needed, and at some great discounts, but it seemed the store was not properly staffed for the volume of customers. The staff we did interact with were all friendly and helpful, despite being in an obviously stressful situation.

Joann fabrics is a a great place to get craft supplies for whatever your project is. I use them primarily for sewing supplies and fabric and they are fully stocked. If you are looking for something and they dont have it they can likely order it in for you. Their staff is friendly and helpful in general. The cutting desk is very helpful in getting you what you need out of your materials.

Full of Karens that wont wear face masks, the cutting table staff are curmudgeons... Yet I keep coming back to this place... *sigh* probably because they are the home depot of the sewing world.

My favorite fabric shop in town. On sales days it can have a long line at the cutting counter. But lots of fabric to chose from whether quilting, dress making, costumes. And a great selection of beads and beading supplies as well as other hobby and decorating items.

Great selection of craft items, prices are always low, better selection of clothing-related crafts (sewing, etc.) than our local Hobby Lobby, and theres a great framing shop inside. Theres also a phone app that provides in-store coupons which are very good. This store is 80% clothing-related vs. Hobby Lobby which is only 15-20%.
