Absolutely no issues. This was my first visit to this location, Im not a regular, but they were all very friendly. They got my order wrong, but instantly made another with no fuss. Even offered to let me have both.

I work 0.25 miles from this branch. Usually walk up there in my lunch to get some snacks. Today i walked there and figured they are only open for drive thru. I saw from door the whole staff was there. I just called them and ask if they can take my order on phone and hand over on front door because i don’t have my car with me. They said a big “NO”. Means someone don’t have car will not get the order. I just walked away with not feeling good this time.

Very disappointed in my Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte today. I was so excited to have my first one of the season and when I got home to drink it, it looked more like a tall and was not even remotely full. I know they generally leave room for whipped cream (which I feel is already too much room) but this is shady and I will not be going back to this location. It tasted great but was over charged for the amount I received.

In what dimension is this a Ribbon Crunch, with almost no caramel, just a little on top, that is disrespectful

If you have a mobile order dont expect them to acknowledge you to hand out your order. You have to get their attention and ask for your order. I waited over 10 minutes last time only to find out they never received my order. If they had greeted me, we would have caught this mistake immediately. Just unprofessional.My drink is consistently wrong. Almost every time and it is like pulling teeth to get them to remake it. They just stare at me like they dont understand what Im saying. This place is so frustrating. These people are not friendly and completely incompetent.I love SBUX but may reconsider continuing to go to use this location, which unfortunately is the only one on my way to work.

The worst Starbucks, hands down. I regularly get wrong orders from here, but today not only did they give me a ham croissant instead of an Impossible Sandwich, but the Iced Lemon Loaf I got was picked into a million pieces, like someone had been breaking it down for a baby to eat. After spending 15 minutes snarling my way back through Saturday traffic, one of the five panicked kids working behind the counter made the right food and passed it over to me, no apology, no acknowledgement that they screwed up. Thats it from me; I wont be giving them another chance.

It was 7:30pm & Google said they close at 8pm so I rushed there to try to make it before close & what do you know, theres a sign saying theyre temporarily closed but nowhere on Google does it say that so I had to drive to another Starbucks 10 mins away.

I just poured tap water immediately into a plastic cup, added ice and dragon fruit and covered with a lid. Im shocked… she did it all in front of me…. I am very disappointed

I go to this Starbucks frequently, and dont usually have any complaints. However this week, on two occasions, Ive ordered a venti Brown Sugar oat milk espresso, which is delicious, but twice now this week Ive been shafted on my drink, as Ive ended up with more of -maybe- a grandes worth of coffee, and lots of extra ice. Even when Ive asked for less. For $6.57 Im expecting a full cup of coffee, especially when Im being charged extra for milk that doesnt tear apart my insides. If there was a way for me to upload pictures I would. The ice at the top of my drink isnt even touched by the coffee. Which seems sketchy to me. Good coffee, but Im feeling a little scammed. FYI this also happened earlier this week to a coworker of mine who also ordered an iced beverage. Is this really Starbucks standard practice?

This place randomly closes during what is listed both here on Google and their physical store as their open hours. Today it was 730 and it said they 900 buy theyre closed! And then the one of 3 employees give me a dirty look when I knock on the door cause Im confused. I would have been totally fine if they just listed their real hours.

The most literal drive through ever. You DRIVE THROUGH a tunnel that passes through the building. Good crew. Parking is a nightmare. Use the drive through.

I start buying my drinks there after they limited parking to 30 minutes. I dont know if they just wanted to get rid of several cheap customers that spent there all day, oh yes, all day. Whenever. I came there they would usually be there. Who knows. Anyways, I sometimes liked to chill there for 40 50 minutes. And now I cant, so I had to find another place.Service is great BTW, dont hesitate to come there unless you wanna park there.

Ordered through Uber Eats for delivery. The coffee is great and I order regularly from this location, but it does get frustrating when they do not provide Straws for Uber Eat customers. Especially when ordering something like a Frappe which you need a straw to be able to enjoy.Please include straws with your Uber eat orders!

There must have been a new guy working the drive thru. He was about to give us someone elses drinks. Then he put in the system wrong so the wrong drink was made. I was still fine with that still but when we paid for the next 2 peoples drinks (we checked our order thru our app to make sure what we had ordered) in line over $20 im not ok with. Hope they comp us our drinks the next time.

Alway friendly, alway good drink/food. Staff fairly stable so we get to know them and they get to know us by face and name. Kind of like CHEERS, where everone knows you name.

Straws are just a drop in the bucket environmentally speaking, and the girl there consistently gets the order wrong. Just because you look cute doesnt absolve you of actually doing your job correctly. Today she got it wrong again. Just listen when people speak, its not that hard! Wont be going to Starbucks anymore.

Just left. Asked for 2 of the salted caramel cold foam. Was handed 1 drink with foam in it... Paused.. politely asked if I could have foam on my drink with Foam in the name of it. It really makes the whole drink and this is what I got back... Look snudy chick up front making drinks who intentionally looked at me as he handed me the remade coffee thats cup was half filled with foam off to me... Sorry you didnt blend enough foam for 2 drinks and had to remake mine.. Not like I played for the overpriced drink or anything. I sincerely appreciate it.

Excellent customer service! Today I was impressed with the level of speed and proficiency of the bristo that served me my drip coffee while also helping fill orders for other patrons as well.

Service was great. 1 out of the 2 drinks I ordered came out great. But my 2nd drink was not so great. I went back to have them fix it and they were very nice about it. Only because the location is on a very high traffic road did the mistake become more frustrating then it should of been. It turned a 5 minute stop for coffee into a 20 minute ordeal

The employees are very kind and thoughtful. I do not drink coffee because I am pregnant. But they made me a delicious drink and kept tweaking it until I was satisfied! They also made my daughter a free drink because they didnt have the drink she wanted! I did not give it 5 stars because the parking is almost nonexistent! And its a pain to pull out into traffic.

I like this Starbucks because you can usually find a good place to work on your computer. Not a lot of homeless people sleeping around the place. Green tea is best for me.

The service and drinks are always good except for the part that half of the employees are coughing and always sounds sick. If it wasn’t for the service I’d give this place a 1 star because you shouldn’t be working while your sick when you’re handling food and drinks... this was my 3rd time to this location and there’s always someone coughing while taking my order or handing my drink. Please stop allowing your employees to work while sick. ITS NOT SAFE NOR IS IT LEGAL

For the most part the store was clean. The staff is really friendly. They seemed fairly busy the entire time I was there. I had gone in around 11:30.If you chairs out front for outdoor seating it is slightly covered but no umbrellas. There is also a drive-thru that slow down a few times in the time that I was there.Theres a little parking up front most of the parking is in the back.

Always super happy to see me when I stop by. Very calm and friendly atmosphere and a quick drive through when youre on the go. Theres extra parking in the back by the drive through.

The baristas did their best to make sure our food and beverages were perfect. They actually remade 1 drink because it wasnt correct.

I have not had the best luck at this Starbucks location. On my last visit they screwed up my drink and its far from the first time it has happened. This is the closest location to me but almost always choose to go a little further for a better experience.

My favorite Starbucks location with the best staff. They need management to replace their shattered drive-thru screen so Im hoping this review will help it happen!

Walk in at 10:30 got my food at 11:00 sad then once I paid they didnt even ring in my food so they didnt even know what I was waiting for they never asked me my name or nothing and the store wasnt busy at so if anybody looking for a good Starbucks this is not the one
