It was very easy process from making an appointment online to getting my item in a timely fashion. Theyre taking safety precautions with the Covid virus I felt very comfortable and safe there.

The service at batteries plus has always been good. However recently they tried to INTENSELY OVERCHARGE me for a battery. I need a motorcycle battery and they had it in stock. To my disappointment they wanted a whooping 179 plus tax. Mind you this is just a standard lead acid battery and according to Alibaba they only cost around 5-10 to make. Isnt $50 reasonable in this case???? Well I just bought it on eBay for $35. I wouldnt have liked to ride my bike this weekend but I cant pay 4 times more for a battery than its actually worth :(

Super helpful and patient! Gentleman at this location changed out an old car battery and replaced with a new one. He did so in under 30 minutes and didnt mind me watching. It was an awesome learning experience. Highly recommend and would return for future reference!

Ive been getting batteries here for several years. I get everyday use batteries and my motorcycle batteries. Prices are good and help is always available. They have a wide selection of Car, Motorcycle, ATV, even deep cycle boat and RV batteries. My motorcycle batteries are brand name and much less expensive than the dealers!I recommend.

I came in looking for a battery for my son’s Mercedes and I really enjoyed that they had batteries made in the US. Addison installed the battery in no time and even gave me some tips to help it last longer. I also got the batteries in my Mercedes key fob replaced and signed up for the Lifetime program where you only pay a one time fee for the service AND the battery forever. I will definitely be back.
