I always tell myself Im going to write reviews so this time I immediately came in and sat down to. This snows been wretched and I had a prior rock chip repaired by Lexus in Bellevue. Regardless if your chip has been repaired.. its still at high risk for breaking -- between trying to heat the interior, the temperature difference outside of the car and essentially a snowball -- cracked across the entire RX. I thought it was going to cost a fortune, but it didnt, not at all what I was expecting, and mine had the rain sensing glass or whatever. *Not sure what the rules are about posting pricing, so I wont.. but it WAS NOT anywhere even close to my $500 deductible, if I had gone through insurance.Anyway -- called a few days ago, could have had it scheduled sooner, so good availability, but had it scheduled a few days out for work reasons.Junior showed up to my place and waited for 5 or so minutes as I was getting a car wash at the time (better to get it beforehand). Very polite and understanding. Knows what he is doing.I went inside and emptied the dishwasher, texted a few friends, and got a call that he was done. Looks great. Lifetime warranty on leaks.It was easy as this:Call >> Whens good for you? >> Ok well be at your place then >> Theyre there at the scheduled time >> open the door for them >> 20 - 30 mins (he estimated 30 - 45) and youve got a new window at a legit price.Rules afterwards were to leave the couple pieces of large blue tape on for about an hour, dont have a vigorous car wash for a day or so, thats it. Also of note, it was lightly drizzling, no biggie.Totally satisfied. Gonna post the same review on Yelp too. Good & honest work deserves good word of cyber-mouth.SJT

Someone smashed my windshield These guys fixed it the next day and even cleaned the broken glass from inside my car and the price was great. Will be back for tinting

Window tinting was bad. Very rude service. AVOID AT ALL COST. Agreed on cash price, which included tax. Junior (owner)wouldnt look at me in the eye and ignored me the whole time, when i showed him all the areas where the tint was not installed correct. He remarked that what you get for paying a cheap price. Very rude.

I have brought multiple cars here they are great, this is the only place I will bring my car. I just purchased a new car but moved out of state and whenever I come into town they are always booked out, just my luck. I will have to wait until he has availability and when i come back to WA.

Couldn’t be more happy, and I’m what you call “picky” lol. They tinted my two passenger windows, went out of their way to accommodate my timeframe, and had better prices than any other place I called. And I called everyone else in a 7 mile radius. Two to three months in and still looking great, so I’m not worried about longevity—lifetime warranty on peeling and bubbling:)Now they also have best prices on rock chip repairs. Great guys!

One star because it wont let me put zero, i work in the automotive industry so i know to well the type of hard to please customers. I took my personal vehicle there because its very near me, i asked for a quote on rear window gave me a decent price i asked if i could have him tint it since it hadnt been installed yet. I left my car there for the day so that way he could have all the time he needed. When he brought it back he told me that the one he installed was from a different model, i was irritated because i wasnt aware he was installing a used one. I said fine just take care of as long as it looks good. Told me he had to search for one no problem it was just the third eye anyhow. That day as i drive my car home i can hear noise coming from my rear speakers i pull over and to find quite a bit of glass in the back! Now i have a set of very expensive speakers and it got me very upset specially since i my self had left a blanket in the back and they should of had yet another from their personal use. Then i noticed my defrost cant connections werent cant connected! Very irritated i go back to find him only to find a little boy by himself not knowing a clue what was going on. A month later when i go back to have them fix my third time eye and my defrost left the car for the entire day, get it back press the break guess what? Lights dont work!! Morning? Defrost doesnt work!! I was tempted to go back but Im so sick of dealing with it as an auto technician i can fix it my self honestly completely disappointed and i will never send any of my customers in his direction.

This place is highly recommended if you want to tint your windows. I have tinted 2 of my vehicles here and no regret at all

A rock hit my window last week and left a crack that was continually growing. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I made an appointment to get my windshield replaced. It was a great price, and the work was done quickly. Ill certainly be coming back for any other window needs.

Extremely satisfied with the price, speed of work, and appearance as well as the friendly staff. Called one day to get an estimate, the next morning when I came in they had the window and were ready to install it. It was done by the time I walked to the store to grab a snack and the money for it. They even vacuumed out all the broken glass. I was extremely stressed over my car being broken into and not having a window, and they helped relieve the stress with friendly quick service. Highly recommend.

It’s been less than a week since I got my windshield replaced at International Auto Glass & Window Tint LLC., Lynnwood and so far so good.When stress builds and escalates, a cracked windshield doesn’t help. However, owners, Junior and Rene were able to give me some reassurance and good pricing, and also made a point to get the work done in a timely manner, which I appreciated!

Lots of good reviews - I may just have been unlucky.Attempted to have an OEM replacement part installed and tinted on my car. Easy job, but wanted it done right so I shopped around and found International.Came back to the following:Scratches around window opening. Was told it was from whomever broke my window. My window was struck by a rock (near center of pane) on the freeway, so I suspect scratches (back and forth cut marks with razor blade or other sharp cutting tool) was from removal of old glass glue/sealant.Window is crooked in opening. The window contacts the door when shutting. There is no gap at the top of the window and 1/4 inch at the bottom. The gap is an even 1/4 along entire edge from factory. Looks pretty poor when shut. Window also is recessed into opening while opposing side (from factory) is proud.Tint was cut short on bottom edge. You can see an uneven cut line on lower edge of trim which is visible within from rear passenger seat. There is some trapped bubbling (semi-normal for new tint) and also some drag marks from attempting to remove the bubbling with a squeegee. Tint will need to be replaced.Overall Review: 4/10 on what I considered an easy job. Go figure.---After confronting International I was told they would fix the car at their body shop and reinstall the window correctly. They did not charge me for this job. I opted to not allow them touch the car again and will now be having another shop fix their mistakes with no warranty - my choice. I was also accused by the owner of trying to fool them and get my car fixed at their expense.Side notes: When asked whom their body shop was, the owner told me he didnt know their name. OK. When asked for his companys insurance name he told me he wouldnt share it. Cool.My personal opinion about International - AVOID.Thanks for reading.
