Who knew that’s lawnmower running over a rock is one of the most common ways windows are broken?? Certainly not me. The Glass Doctor was super easy to work with and was reasonably priced! They were able to replace the glass without replacing the entire window and frame. Thank you!

I had a failed window in a bedroom that was all foggy between the panes. These folks were able to give me a quote based on my description, a picture, and some measurements, then come out and verify, then come back and install in a couple weeks. Now the window looks great. Throughout the entire process they communicated well, made the process easy for me, and went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one.I had a unique French door window accidentally broken. Shortly after I contacted Glass Doctor I was provided guidance through an easy-to-use digital experience where I posted pictures and estimated dimensions. Gable, the customer rep I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. Within a couple of days not only did they source a replacement that is exactly what I had, they quickly scheduled the installation. Matt, the installation guy, had the replacement in in no time, took the broken item, left everything spotlessly clean, and made sure we were taken care of to have the doors look better than before!I honestly can’t imagine going to anyone else with a window issue. These guys were impressively good at both the work they do and their effort they put into making the customer happy. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Glass Doctor service was prompt, fast and great quality. Before you Google new new windows, Google repairing the window panes for much less $. Our cloudy windows are now crystal clear with new glass in them. The window tech replaced 5 window panes in less than 4 hours. Also, the tech repaired windows that didnt open and added replacement hardware.

You can upload your photos and also receive design drawing etc from them.The estimate and appointment were setup quickly. The bid price is one of the best and we received free upgrades as well. On the date of installation, we got text alert 30 mins prior to the installer arrival time and the installation was done in a super clean and professional manner. ZERO STARS. I made an appointment and when the technician never called to confirm the day of the appointment I called 3 different times that day trying to get someone to tell me where the technician was. After finally speaking to a supervisor I was told someone would contact me. Never was called. Now after a weekend I called back again and had to talk to a supervisor who still could not even get a hold of their contacts at the dispatch center....dont waste your time with these people they are a joke!!!

Best Place for all your Glass Needs

Every time I called, the automated system would ask for my zip code and then proceed to tell me they dont cover that area. I even tried entering the zip code for Lynnwood which assuming that the business was in Lynnwood, would be covered, but apparently not. When I finally got through to a live person, they were in Kent. The website for Glass Doctor says that they can fix a headlamp assembly but that is also incorrect.

They did the job!!!
