Wow!!! Old school American customer service. From the owner, the salesman, and, service manager this business is doing things right. Salesman was polite, informative, and, helpful on the phone prior to me coming in to inquire a chainsaw. The next day when I came to the business the owner was genuinely welcoming, and offered great service. After helping me decide on the best saw for my needs he offered a complete “need to know” talk about the saw with the service manager. Best power equipment business in Central Virginia.

Bought a Toro zero turn with no sales pressure, no hassle, and they delivered the item for free. The owner personally delivered the mower and spent half an hour teaching me how to care for it, run it properly, and steer it. I had never operated a zero turn prior to this tutorial. An hour and a half after this I finished mowing my 3 acres with turns so tight I didn’t even need to weed eat by the trees. I feel like this company will have my business and support as long as I’m in the area. I’ve always been a fan of Toro. Miller Built in Lynchburg made my experience effortless and enjoyable. You would never get a mower or this quality of personal assistance at a big box store.

Been here several times dropping off lawn equipment from the USPS. Today I dropped off my own lawnmower blades to be sharpened. I know it will be done right.

Are your phones only for messages and no return calls from you all??? I tried 2 times. Im not driving 50 mile round trip and not even sure you have the part.

During this last ice storm I had a lot of trees down in my yard and needed a chainsaw. I called Brandon and he was on top of it he had one in stock ready to go. I told him I was working but could get it after work he said no problem I’ll hold it for you. That my friends is excellent customer relations. I would highly recommend going to these guys for all your needs!

I went to this location to purchase a gift for a family member. I know nothing about this type of equipment other than what its main purpose is to do. Brandon, the new owner, was so incredibly helpful. Super knowledgeable about the products, patient with my lack of knowledge and advised me on which products would be the best choice based on the recipient - not trying to oversell but guided me on feeling confident in my final choices. I highly recommend doing business here. This is definitely a company (and people) you will build a lifelong relationship with.

Go to Overstreet Hardware if looking for a Stihl product. Overstreet is awesome and the customer service is outstanding. Millerbuilt was unfriendly. I left after 5 minutes and will never go back. Go to Ace.

Been there numerous times over the years and the service and attitudes are consistently terrible. They have no customer service skills and dont even make an attempt to help you or sell you anything. I have left there twice and gone to other dealers to buy high end Toro and Stihl products. Walked out yesterday without being waited on to buy a Stihl BR700. I drove to Appomattox right after leaving and purchased one. Same happened with a Toro zero turn. Save your time and take a drive out of town to be treated right.
