I have used this company for years. Bought my mowers there and they service my mowers every year. I have had a couple service issues, BUT they always make it right. I especially want to thank Bill who picks my mowers up and delivers them each year after they are serviced. He always explains everything, is trustworthy and honest.

Ive always had my small engines serviced here. Not anymore. This last time I had my push mower serviced and got back this rude note attached to the mower. Full of all-caps, double underlines, and triple exclamation points. The same bullet points were already listed in my work order, but he felt the need to also attach the note. I can tell you the last thing on my list of things to do is to be condescended by a lawn mower mechanic. Seeing at least one other review in my quick scan regarding rudeness, this guy needs to have his attitude adjusted or get fired. Losing customers over it.Two stars just because Ive had better experiences in the past.

Poor service. The people here were rude about helping me find the part I needed like the part for a simple Murray pushmower existed?? Went somewhere much better and had the part in stock. Go figure. Never go here. Wait of time

Happy with my experience, just be aware that you are in charge of the sale. They try to sell you a bunch of extra stuff which is what a business does. Stick to your guns and get the best products.

Ok...lets see..I have spent in my career Id say comfortably well over $30k in equipment with this Co being I am a full time landscape /lawncare business, so this last experience I bought a echo shred vac back spring of 2018,echo has excellent equipment btw..love echo have used it over 20 years,anyways the shred vac had wore out the impeller fan from vacuuming up lots of debris, no big deal,I call to order the part, they say its like $12,cool,Ive replaced plenty in past on others,Ive do my own maintenance, but guy told me it was under warranty that part wouldnt cost me but they had to do the work,to bring it in,so I said,ok why not,dropped it off,3 weeks later went in to pick it up,they charged me $58.51...REALLY ...warranty huh..guy said Oh yeah they shouldve told you blah blah blah..I couldnt believe they obviously dun whats covered, and or just like conning people into bringing equip in so they can charge their $75 plus shop labor...JOKE! !! They did same thing with my father simplicity snow blower he bought from them,we asked for new carb for it,they told him couldnt get it had to order sep parts etc blah blah ..they ended up putting entire card on it,sales order said just that..funny they told us couldnt get it all one unit..but again they conned him into having it dropped off so they could charge $400 for that..order your parts online and do the work yourself is my advice,I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT THERE..besides..its not rocket science. .bye..

I will never do business with this company again the business and customer service were just horrible I gave the sales rep a model and part number and he still gave me the wrong part they are just Opportunitiest hoping to prey upon people instead of just letting people know. I try to help the local business but this place never again I went online and brought the part without a problem just goes to say better done when you do it.

After having them pick up my mower for not moving anymore, I was informed that the motor and transmission were shot and it would be over $1000 to repair. I was told that the motor was very hard to turn over. I had started the mower the day before they picked it up and was very suspicious upon being told this. I had another repair company pick up the mower and was informed that it was nothing more then a bent spindle which they replaced for $100. The mower is now running great. I wont be doing business with this Family ever again.

I agree whole-heartedly with the negative, one-star reviews; my recent experience with M&R was very negative.I have purchased several pieces of equipment from M&R over the years, but I finally had my lawn tractor serviced there. (I bought it at M&R years ago.) It needed 2 belts and a lube job (not oil change); the bill was just under $600, and the comments by the repair guy on the bill were extremely rude. Two Months later (just yesterday), one of the belts came off while I was mowing. I called M&R and explained what happened, and they gave me the classic run-around. Despite all of the equipment I purchased from them over the years (chainsaw, lawn tractor, weed whacker), the guy on the phone blamed me for the belt coming off the pulley. (I have never had a belt come off my lawn tractor in my 15y of running the mower except after their repair guy installed 2 new ones.)Do yourself a big favor and avoid this company; they are very unprofessional and are disloyal to their customers.

Need to work on customer service. Especiallyone guy who works the counter. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I won’t be in here again with the way he acted.

Great place to find parts but buyer beware if they give you the wrong part expect to pay restocking fee even if its their mistake.

Lot of stock good sales people .lots to choose from from different prices, but every thing expensive even used stuff shop around.

Been dealing with this company for over 40 years. Still is my go to place for small engine parts.
