The owner of this business needs to re-evaluate his people skills. His employees were beyond helpful but Bob Davis is a terrible boss. He was unhelpful and unkind. He needs to figure out how to talk to CUSTOMERS without being a belligerent jerk. I will not recommend anyone to support this man because how terribly he treated my father who was eager to purchase a spa from them.

I was losing water about a 1/2 to 3/4 inch a day, adding water everyday to maintain the pool, i had total frustration.. called and spoke to Bob, we did the test of watching the water when it was off and on to determine, what the next step would be.. i was losing water pump on and pump off..Bob said he wanted to send his team to do a sonar detection to find the leak. very quick appointment did not have to wait but a couple of daysand Keith and Casey the technicians came out as scheduled and i was impressed that there experience in finding the problem was starting with a simple approach, checking the pump first .. then Keith started sweeping the pool liner to look for a tear, ( bingo ) he found it in a matter of minutes. ( Scuba ) Keith went in water and Casey handing off patching materials ... fixed in a matter of minutes.. techs were informative and very polite.. if i have any future issues i will request them.we talked about a new liner in the future and what kind we should get.very impressed ..... keith and casey will be our go too techs for a new liner in the spring.. thank you

Called three times, had to leave a message. Didn’t get back to me until after hours. Explained I work at an apartment complex that is in need of at least three to five pumps at a value of at least $8,000.00 dollars plus labor. The rude gentleman explained they charge a trip charge to come out and give a quote I said I’m not paying someone to give me a quote. He hung up on me! I guess customer service is not in his wheel house.

INCREDIBLY RUDE. The owner is thoughtless and does not put the costumer first. My family went here to buy an item for their grill and ask some questions about buying a hot tub. The owner of the store cut into the conversation the sales man was having with family and treated all of them with great disregard. Just because my family was not buying the hot tub that day. He called them a “waste of time” in front of staff and other customers. The sales man was only doing his job and only tried to help my family find the type/kind of hot tub they were looking for. I am surprised my family still made a purchase from this place. The employees were great but the owner is rude.

All I did was call for some information. Had to be the most pretentious sales person I’ve ever spoken to. Absolutely horrible customer service. Won’t even attempt to call them back.

Andy is an excellent salesman and I appreciated him sitting down with me on several occasions to make sure I understood the details about owning a hot tub. He was on top of the inventory as well; helping me get the tub way before the projected next delivery date. He communicated well and I felt like he had my best interests at heart. My Wife and I purchased a tub from this company and were happy with the price overall, When they delivered it they never filled the tub nor set the unit up whatsoever. They advertise that they set up and explain everything, thats not the case. Trying to get information or when you ask why it was never set up correctly from the start, you never get an answer. The only Response they have is bring in a water sample (so they can sell overpriced chemicals). The Tub wont run, so who needs chemicals? This is a Great Company if you like to get jerked around! BUYERS BEWARE> I hope the Management or Owner reads this, I would Love to Tell Him personally !

Was in the process of opening my pool for the upcoming season and my pool pump died. I called them on a Friday afternoon and they had a crew in on Monday morning to replace the unit. Very quick turn around especially considering I am not one of their customers that they open and close pools for.

While we were preparing to replace my 15 year old worn-out liner, this team of professionals worked to diagnose and develop a workaround for my fountains and a leak I had in one of my drain lines.The next day, they showed up early and replaced the liner and replumbed the drain lines in ONE DAY.Through it all, Bob kept me in the loop as to the steps they had to take, and how to extend the life of my equipment.My pool now looks fantastic, the fountains are flowing, and we will be enjoying our staycation all summer. I cant recommend the Aqua Pros team highly enough!

Absolutely the best place to purchase a hot tub. Noah was very helpful when it came to demonstrating the products. Although we did not purchase a hot tub, we are very pleased with the purchase of our Sauna and are planning on purchasing a hot tub in the near future. My husband and I were shopping for a new hot tub and after seeing a TV commercial about Aqua Pros we visited the Lynchburg store. The sales rep, Andy Rippel, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the type of hot tubs that they sell. After researching the information we received from Andy, we returned to the store and purchased a Marquis Vector 21 65l hot tub. The guys who delivered the hot tub, Jared and CJ, did a marvelous job removing the old one and setting up the new one. We are amazed with the technology of this hot tub and are very satisfied with the performance. We highly recommend Aqua Pros for your hot tub purchase.

I would like to thank Bob Davis (Aqua Pros) for a BEAUTIFUL pool project completed last fall, The workmanship is second to none, the quality is great. I am using the Hayward salt system that virtually takes care of its self, VERY low maintenance. I also have the Tigard Shark that does a great job cleaning the pool. Also the personnel checking your water levels are very knowledgeable and make maintain your levels very easy. Keith with the Timberlake Aqua Pros store did a fantastic job installing our new pump and filter.I had called Pool Doctor twice and both times the owner promised to come out. They never showed either time or called back, so I called Aqua Pros. They were very responsive, showed up as promised and Keith did an amazing job - work quality was excellent and cleaned up job site when he was done.Pool work is never cheap, so the charges were reasonable compared to other local companies.Thank you Matt and Keith at Aqua Pros!

We had contracted Bob to do a simple inspection with clear instructions. He ended up going to the house, without calling and then was surprised when there was no one home to turn on the hot tub. Then when we called to check on status, he was rude to my staff and stated he could no longer do the inspection and basically flaked. I was told by his staff that he has had a long day........wow, so had I, but that doesnt excuse his behavior.

I started using Aqua Pros last season after having many bad experiences with other pool companies and was very pleased with Aqua Pros and their entire staff. Knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and very customer service oriented. I just had the pool opened by Keith and Chris and couldnt be happier with the thorough job that they did. They not only opened the pool...but also vacuumed AND brushed! They were prompt, polite, and efficient. I continue to be pleasantly surprised by this company!

I would give them 0 stars if possible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM “BOB”. I bought a wood stove from these folks and within a year I had issues with the firebricks. They would not come to service the stove, which was under warranty mind you. They absolutely suck. Two missed appointments later, I am done. I literally called and or texted at least ten times without a return call. “BOB” would finally call, tell me I’m on the schedule but he can’t tell me when the appointment is. I’d start calling a couple months later when I had not heard back, after another dozen or so calls I would get a return call.... and on and on and on. Two years of this. Seriously, stay away. The kicker is that I have come to learn that “bob” is the owner. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

We just moved into a new home and bought a hot tub from Aqua Pros. They were professional and very helpful. We got a great deal and they ordered us a color that was not on the show room floor. Understanding the chemistry of a spa or pool is important and takes time so we are thankful to have made a great connection with our sales rep, Sean, so we can continue to get assistance from Aqua Pros over the life of our hot tub!

They used to open and close our pool. After we saw they were putting chemicals in at opening and having to add more to reverse their original overuse we went elsewhere; yes we were charged for both. The final straw was when the owner told me he wouldnt warranty service a Hayward product (after a Haward tech told me to call Aqua Pros) because it wasnt worth his time. Cardinal pools has been a wonderful alternative.

We had a pool that had been sitting, untouched for at least 8 years. It was basically a swamp. Peter and Shane came out and shoveled tons of muck and mud off of the cover that was on top of the pool to reveal an algae covered mess underneath. The walls and floor were basically black. They worked all day going above and beyond the usual workload to get our pool clean and ready for assessment. They kept me notified of everything they were doing and did an excellent job of making sure I understood everything I needed to do maintain a healthy pool. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

My wife and I were interested in a hot tub back in August 2014. We have dealt with Patrick from Aqua Pros before on 3 wood stoves. We knew nothing about hot tubs when we walked through the door. Patrick explained all of the details in the different models, answered all of our questions, and by the time we walked out the door, we knew we made the right choice in going to Aqua Pros. Literal trash. Will lie to you on the phone to get you to walk in the door. Did not have the product I specifically called about before going in even though they told me they had it. Avoid like the plague. If you call to ask any questions they immediately refer to their free water testing on their $10,000 water testing system so they can sell you $100s of dollars worth of chemicals you dont need. Will not answer questions over the phone honestly.

After much research and deliberation, we decided to get our hot tub from AquaPros/Timberlake. Sean and all the team have been exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all our questions before the sale and their service since we got our beloved Marquis Hollywood spa has been excellent. When we had an issue with the control panel, AquaPros promptly sent out a repair tech who fixed the problem under our warranty. We continue to visit the shop to get chemicals, water tests, and ask questions--its always a professional and pleasurable encounter and we have every confidence that Sean and AquaPros will continue to provide great customer service and support.

This place is a scam total scam I went in to get chemical for my pool brought a water sample and the guy working there said it would be around 150.00 to get what I needed so I got what he said to clear and fix the water followed directions as he advised made water worse. So here is the kicker my wife then brought a water sample not telling them what pool it was from guess what they said it would be about 150.00 to clear up and fix these people either have no clue what theyre doing or theyre just scamming people out of their money buyer beware of this place I will never go back to them. Bob showed up at my friends place to look at an exterior flue installation. He looked professional with the nice new shiny GMC pickup, the clipboard and tape measure.He immediately started with the snarky comments about oh, your friend doesnt like to spend money, eh? (because its a steel building exterior) and how he lives alone with his wife in a 5000 ft2 ranchero along with his horses and cattle blah blah. He kept at it when he saw the small hearth and how great his was and blah blah blah.I brought him inside and explained what had to be done (duraplus through the wall kit). And he kept saying how he was so busy and did not have time for this etc.The kicker? He didnt know a damn thing about flue pipe installation! And he was charging $190 bucks for the estimate!He came back later with the two installers but his estimate was almost 4K. A sky price. He didnt want to do it, all he talked about was making money and how he was so busy blah blah blah.Avoid this place. I understand you have to make money but shouldnt you first try to provide good service?Bob was arrogant and in your face greedy. A huge put off.

Near the beginning of June 2015 We called a total of three pool and spa companies listed with A+ reviews on the BBB site, to get quotes on replacing our inground pool filter and pump. One company never got back with us on an estimate, even after we sent email pictures to clarify what type and size of pump/filter system we needed to replace, and initially they told us they wouldnt be able to do the work till July or August. The second company took a week to get back with us on a quote and they wouldnt be able to perform the work until mid july. Aqua pros gave us a quote within days, were a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the second company and they installed the pump/filter system within 1 week. There was some air coming in the drain line, yet not the skimmer line at that time....so we turned off the drain line. Two weeks later there was air coming in both lines, yet the filter was staying primed. I called Keith (the installer), and explained the problem, telling him it was probably a bad part, which he thought was possible. He came back within a week and fixed the issue, without charging us...it was a bad o-ring. This company was very receptive to our concerns, quick to do everything and I will definitely use them again for any pool repairs or replacements that we need!!!!

I agree with Michell Renzo review. I went in and the owner was very rude, obnoxious, and hostile. He shouldnt be working with the public.

I have visited/called this dealership several times and every time they were rude, abrasive, and pushy. I will drive to Roanoke for my next pool, spa, or supplies.

Their charges were extremely high. They charged us $105 for a 29 min service call, insisting on a credit card prior to the service call. Well never use them again. Told me that it was the charge for the 1st half hour in our area when I called to question it.

They make things right when purchase a hot tub!!!!!!
