We had a 18 X 36 below ground pool put in with a heating unit. These people are pool specialist believe me. We couldnt be happier and they work very hard to make you happy. From Jessica, the sales associate, John the owner of the company to his tireless workers Frankie, Adam, Eric and I know I have missed someone. All I can say is if you want a swimming pool built Right, these are the people who you need to call. They dont leave until you are completely satisfied.

Dont buy any electrical part from them unless you can ABSOLUTELY use it. They sold me a pump, went to install it and I couldnt because I couldnt get my old pump apart. Went to home Depot and bought a complete pump because it was a Sunday and they werent open. Took it back today for credit and they wouldnt take it back. They could clearly see that it had never been installed and couldve tested it if they wanted to. But no, they made no effort!!!! Will never go back there!!!!!!!!

I talked with Jessica on the phone and she was very pleasant and informative. Im only giving 1 star because she suggested I go on the website and look at the variety of pools before we settled on one. My problem is when I go on the site it directs me to do surveys, which I dont do. So I backed out, tried to go to the website again and just get a blank screen. If I cant see the merchandise, I cant decide what we want

I spoke with the crew (specifically Charlotte) regarding an in ground vinyl liner pool and unfortunately we live too far away for them to consider putting in our pool. After assessing our location vs their service area and realizing they would not be getting our business she still gave me a huge amount of knowledge and insight on this process. Pool companies are all over the place with pricing and she answered so many questions and tips on things that I didnt realize I even needed to know. I should give them one star for the service area, j/k I totally get it, but if your looking for a pool company that is obviously passionate about the industry and live in their service area, I would imagine they would be great to work with!

Local, family owned business in Lynchburg, Va. The employees at the store are dedicated to helping their customers and creating long- lasting relationships. They try to make owning a pool as simple as possible and they often reach out to follow up if there are any problems. Always willing to help. Their products are high quality and relatively affordable. Its always fun to walk in and see what new products they have in stock!

In the beginning we were impressed with the services. We wanted a turn key project and was told they could do it. Weeks 1-2 when we called to get a quote, we were told that it would take some time so we waited patiently. 4 weeks later, we were still waiting on a quote. We needed an estimate for the loan. When we started pushing for a quote, we were told we would need a $20,000 retaining wall. Ok, so what does everything else cost, we asked. They didnt have any answers. Then the excuses started. We have huge boulders that would need to be blasted, our project was too much, and they didnt have time to do our project. What a waste of time.

Very friendly. Great products and workmanship. They backup what they sell. When something does happen they are right on it and Make it right. Service staff seems to know what they are doing and are very contentious of my thoughts, feelings and pocketbook. Sales staff was great.
