My experience was wonderful. I called last week to inquire about a TV and a man named Louis answered the phone. He was extremely helpful, personable and professional. The price was reasonable and I could not leave without it! Too add, all of what was in the pawn shop was in good/great condition with great prices! I’ll definitely be back!

Great shop! I brought in a few pieces I wasnt sure were real or not. Louis looked at them and encouraged me to try and sell them on my own so I would make more money. I had looked at a lot of reviews of other shops since I dont know much about where to take jewelry. Timberlake Pawn had the best reviews and now I can see why! Definitely recommend.

Great customer service! He will be honest about the trade in value even if he isnt the one making a buck. We brought in a ring and he could only give us the value of the gold. He recommended where to sell it to get more money for it. Where do you find that level of honest anymore? Here!Also (side note) its a really clean shop. I am not familiar with pawn shops. I was worried I was going to have to fight tooth and nail to get anything fair for the jewelry I had brought in to sell. I was going to try and act like I knew what I was doing but I went in and just outright told them that I had no idea what I was doing. The owner, Louis V. Scicli was very nice and even explained the process of how jewelry is bought and how they come up with what you get paid for your jewelry. I feel like he was very fair and it wasn’t tense and weird like I thought it was going to be. He also listened to why I was selling these items which was kind because I just dumped on him about the recent breakup that brought me to selling the items I had brought in. The store is clean and organized very well. I am OCD and I was actually shocked at how well. I would sell or buy from him again and I would refer my family and friends to him as well. I recently went into timberlake pawn and was greeted so warmly. Lewis was so very nice to me. We actually chatted for a bit. He is running for sheriff in campbell county. If he is the same at the pawn shop as he will be as sheriff, i would definitely vote for him.

This is the best Pawn Shop I have ever been to. The owner is the most honest gentleman you will ever meet. I borrowed $800.00 dollars because my vehicle needed repairs. My repairs were $888.00 so I went back to borrow more money and the owner Louis said he would redo my pawn ticket for the difference. Very honest and respectable man. Im a customer for life.

Was told my diamonds were glass or another questionable material. Seven hills watch repair verified that they were in fact diamonds and the that this pawn shop.had been using their tool to determine authenticity incorrectly.

Needed tools quick and they were right up the road so I rented a few tools i needed for the day. Really simple and easy to work with, and saved me a ton from going out and buying tools just for one home DIY project. They didnt put a hold on my card like most places, just make me leave a CC copy deposit, so it didnt mess with my bank. Check them out if you need to rent tools.
