It is a great place to get a watch battery, change watch bands, or buy beautiful jewelry and coins. I highly recommend you visit soon. I drive an hour round trip to go there. Best place to buy jewelry and coins. I am a coin collector and buy the majority of my coins here. Their prices on coins cannot be met ANYWHERE! Great selection on silver proof sets and Eagles! Dave knows his stuff and is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile! I have also purchased several pieces of jewelry for my Wife. Always appraises for more than I pay! Tracy and Jackie are the best!!!! Repairs are done quickly and expertly done. I would highly recommend this place, and if you give them a fair shake, you wont go anywhere else. They have stopped working on Rolex and Tudor type watches, if you need work done on a vintage watch then you need to find another place. They have done some simple work on my watch in the past but not any more (new management/staff I guess).Response to the owners response: Then why did your staff take one look at my watch, ask what kind of watch it’s (genuine Tudor, picture below), and say that we don’t work on this type of watch (gas and time wasted).

Good selection but came in to sell them more than one set of my diamond earrings and they don’t buy diamonds... so they lost my business. I was looking to sell my multiple small pairs and buy one big pair with that money and add more money to it. So they missed out. They have fixed broken bracelets of mine for very cheap though and they’re at a convenient location.

STEER CLEAR!! Took in a diamond engagement ring to see if they were interested in purchasing. After using their diamond tester and having 2 employees look at it they told me the diamond was synthetic and offered me the gold value of the band... I took the ring to a much more reputable jeweler in the area and the ring appraised way higher and I sold the ring for nearly 5 times what Seven Hills was offering. I felt they were trying to cheat me out of a beautiful 4ct Diamond Ring. Go elsewhere.

I have a bracelet, that was my fathers for many years and as far as value it is worthless it is apparently stainless steel. But to us it has a great value. I forgive you. We all make mistakes. This is a change to my original review. And looking back I was very emotional. And felt we were treated poorly, but we all have down days. Im sure you are good to your customers. 24hr or same day jewelry repair store. They have great prices, an in house master jeweler and Gemologist, 3 coin experts and they do engravings. Also you can have your watch bands adjusted for $5 in just minutes. All around great store great customer service and a knowledgeable team.

Had a huge pile of broken jewelry in a box...sitting for years. Decided to take the plunge and see what it would cost to fix them, or if they should just be thrown. I was given patient, careful, thoughtful responses. They took time with me and were not impatient. I felt like a person and not just a number. They also fixed several things for free, giving me a whole new set of things to wear, then the one thing they charged me for made everything approximately $1 per piece to fix. They did not put me down for having mostly worthless stuff...just helped me make it usable. I will always come here for any work I need done relating to jewelry.

Youll never see me in this place again. Id rather go somewhere else. A pretty small place, overly priced on their jewelry and their selection on jewelry isnt very big. They wanted over $1,350.00 for ONE ring. I dont think so. Thats just ridiculous. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless theyd want to be overly charged for one item

Un educated bafoons! Took a ring there with GIA certification paperwork. Told them what I wanted for the ring based on offers I have received from other jewelry stores and pawn shops (which let’s be real this place is a run down pawnshop that only deals jewelry). I was told that was more then the wholesale price even though they never even looked at the ring and barely scanned over the GIA certification paperwork. Went to Lynchburg Pawn got the exact amount I asked Seven Hills for. Moral of the story save your time go to Lynchburg Pawn cause this place is hot garbage.

I take my rings there all the time to get them resized they do a great job i will be going back. I cant wait for them to open I need some rings sized I have been going to them since the were in the little mini mall on wards rd have always treated me great I have bought meny meny rings from them as had meny repairs I just want to say thanks for all you guys do.

I came in on a Saturday to buy a bracelet for my child. The lady was very nice and friendly told me about her kids I told her about mine. Well turns out, she was friendly to just get the sale. I was told I would be called when my bracelet was finished being re-sized. I never got a call I went to the shop the following Tuesday, another lady went to get my bracelet and told me I owed 6.00 dollars for the resize after the other lady told me Saturday that it was included in the total price I paid Saturday. the lady that sold me the bracelet was there and acted as if she has never seen me in her life before. I asked to speak to a manager he was sitting there the whole time listening and didnt show any concern once she called his name he just strugged his shoulders never came to speak to me or said anything. The lady then said the owner isnt her until Thursday so you can come back and speak to him. I told them I would pay again but take my business else where in the future. I then got a call about 10 minutes after leaving the woman apologized because she calculated in her head and gave me the incorrect total.

We went to this place several times in the past because of their good reviews, but for simple repairs and resizing, they seem to be incompetent. My wife wanted to resize my daughters silver bead bracelet. Being that she dabbles in jewelry-making herself, she had already removed one bead and provided them with a silver jump ring and simply asked them to attach and weld the jump ring shut. The guy ignored her request and the supplied silver jump ring and sold her a new jump ring which doesnt match and simply squeezed it shut instead of welding it as requested. As if that wasnt ridiculous enough, she went back a few months later and asked for two rings to be resized from a size 7 to a size 5. After getting them back and paying for them, she realized that one of the rings didnt quite feel right on her finger. Upon inspection, she noticed the ring was slightly smaller than her other size 5 rings. We took the ring back into the shop and asked them to check the size for us. The guy at the counter put it on the ring sizer wand, and it was obviously a size 4.75. The guy told us that it was a size 5 and that a size 5 was simply too small for her finger. When we protested and showed him that her other rings were both size 5s and pointed out that the ring was smaller than a 5, he then said, Well you cant get it to a 5. What??? You were able to resize one ring to a 5, but you cant GET the other one to a 5? You got it to a 4.75 from a 7, but somehow cant get it to a 5? We were about to have them resize it to a 5.5 out of exasperation, but when I came to my senses I turned around and cancelled the resizing and took it to Finks. The associate at Finks confirmed to us that it was a 4.75, and it was absolutely ridiculous that any professional would say that you cant size it to a 5. Look, a bit of advice: if you make a mistake, own up to it. Otherwise youll only be motivating people like me to share our stories publicly.

Took a ring in to have it sized up 1 size. I point blank asked if they added gold. They said of course they add the gold. Bull!!! I got the ring back and the band was so thin I am scared to wear it for fear of it breaking. Dont go there!!!
