We had a great experience dealing with the Lynchburg Window World! Our wait time for someone to come out was only 1 week, which I find to be reasonable. The day of the appointment he was actually able to come sooner which worked perfectly. When we bought our house we were told that the company that put them in would cover a lifetime warranty, they are no longer in business. The gentleman from Window World looked at our windows and discovered the manufacturer of the windows was still around and he called to confirm they would in fact cover the repairs. He then took a little more time out of his day to quote us on another matter. His quote was quick, easy, and reasonable. We liked that the quote even gives a mockup of how the completed project may look. We will definitely recommend them and look forward to using them in the future!

Please keep your HOURS of operation acurate on line. We drove 1 Hour to shop for windows and the store was closed when the website stated you were open.

Window World did a fabulous job replacing our windows. They come when they say they are coming, the guys are very polite and hardworking. They are efficient and leave the site clean. We would highly recommend Window World for window replacement.

I was employed by Window World of Lynchburg for 2 years and truly enjoyed my time, working with this company. Unfortunately, I had to take a position working from home to accommodate my children but if it wasn’t for that I would still be with them. The owners are family oriented and genuinely great people to work for. They do not believe in micro-managing there employees and they go above and beyond to show their appreciation for staff members. They are also extremely easy to talk too and always willing to listen to you. The products window world offers are of great quality and have really good warranties to back them. I would definitely recommend anyone to Window World as an employee or customer.Shannon T

The initial meeting their sales representative never showed and never called.The next appointment Cole did a great job and we were impressed, their estimate and warranty out did the other companies.But....at first the installers really worked hard in a very hot situation. However, they did not pick up after themselves leaving screws in our yard for our landscaper to ruin his equipment on and not just a few screws, all of them. My husband had to put all the siding back and I had a huge pile of saw dust in my driveway. Upon closer inspection i sent the company pictures and they admit it looked like a jigsaw puzzle, taking little pieces here and there to make trim. Cole stopped being responsive and it was a blame game, it was the vendors etc. It should have been where you contact me and give me updates on if product has shown, eta. I had to do all that and Cole did not understand why i felt that to be very poor customer service. I paid the $12,000 now I expect what goes with that. The installation and service!I cannot even recommend this company

Way too expensive! The Window Men of Lynchburg estimate was about 40 percent less expensive, and they did an excellent job!
