Great variety! I tried the beignets and they were delicious!! On my next visit, I will definitely try a Cinnabun. Restaurant appeared clean, great location and staff was pleasant.

Wanted to try this place for awhile now. Stopped by and now wondering why I didnt come here sooner!Beignets are where heaven and earth meet! And Cinn City does a great job bringing this to light!Very affordable, great quality, AND made with almond milk! Score!Keep killn it, and Ill be back for more!Cheers!

İf you have a major sweet tooth, this is the place for you. İ loved it, but I definitely had to share. İts extremely sweet. Then again, i add water to apple juice because its too sweet. İt was delicious though and the prices were reasonable.

Oh yes! This place is dope! The cinnamon rolls are made as you order, so they are popping hot. Big variety and OMG!It’s a small space and masks are not required, so order and wait outside because of people wildin out without a mask. The staff was masked up. Outside tables and did I say, OMG! Just go and get ya some goodies!!

Gourmet cinnamon buns, covered in icing. Tried the cream cheese frosting and the dairy free vanilla frosting both not overwhelmingly sweet! The buns were the perfect delectable treat! We also tried two specialty cinnamon buns the blueberry lemonade and the Cookie Monster! The brioches stuffed breakfast sandwiches were perfect for on the go!

OOEY GOOEY DELICIOUSNESS. So many great flavors to choose from. Many that I would have never thought of for a cinnamon roll. If you are looking to cheat on your diet, this is the place to go lol.

I came here on a whim and was really impressed. I got a coffee, and two of the stuffed brioche pastries. Very good pastries and great coffee. Awesome staff too! Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the times that I have been there, the only place anywhere around Lynchburg to offer a Gluten Free cinnamon roll. They do an incredible job given how difficult GF baking is for something like a cinnamon roll. The frosting is pretty great and my favorite is the salted Carmel because of the pecans.

Absolutely delicious breakfast. We got savory baguettes with egg cheese and sausage and delicious cinnamon buns loaded with yummy stuff. Highly recommend this place.

Love the gluten-free cinnamon rolls. Its so hard to find good gluten-free baked items so always a blessing to find a place we like! Definitely worth a visit when exploring the downtown area of Lynchburg.

Visited this location while staying in the area and the coffee was perfect ! And the sausage, egg and cheese beignet was delicious 😋. We also tried the classic bun and it was sooo good ! Definitely well worth it ! Staff was very friendly and quick. Loved that it had outdoor seating as well. Well come again if ever in the area again. Thank you.

This place is frickin good. The combo of cinamon rolls and all the different topings is just sublime. Really nice patio too where you can sit and eat. Thats especially nice during covid. The name is also fantastic and witty. I love the added layer of irony that Cinn City is adjacent to Liberty University

Blueberry Lemonade Specialty cinnamon buns---we get 4 of these every time we go there, to bring home! Yum!!!!

Atmosphere perfect. Buns beyond amazing. If our are particularly look for something yummy consider the lumberjack, strawberry shortcake, or any of the delectable brioche buns. (Blueberry soda sends me through the roof!)

I came looking for a good time on a rainy day and I found it here. The cinnamon buns were so good and piping hot. On top of all that, the service was quick and friendly. Definitely would go again and I would recommend it to anyone with a sweet tooth.

Ive been to Lynchburg twice in the last year and have been to Cinn City both times. The buns are simply too good. All kinds of toppings. You gotta try this place.

The gluten free cinnamon rolls were similar to the firm texture of pie crust but thicker. Its possible they were not made the day we came and thats why they were so hard, but overall for a GF sweet treat I wont be going back. The dairy free topping was tasty, the cinnamon part inside was good, so overall I think anyone eating the regular kind will probably really enjoy it.Nice place inside and friendly employees. Very limited parking, but thats too be expected given the location.

To start this, Id like to say that I dont give out 5 star reviews off-handedly... but these cinnamon rolls are amazing. The glazes all somehow mix their unique flavors while still maintaining the original, classic cinnamon roll icing flavor. Light but hefty, crunchy yet fluffy, these cinnamon rolls are my go-to now in Lynchburg.

I would recommend coming here if you don’t have a diet or ready to cheat that diet because these are pretty delicious. Whether you get cinnamon rolls or beignets you will be pleased. Only complaints is not enough room for a lot of people and the layout is weird. Definitely get some milk!

I got the Salted Caramel bun. It was so delicious. We came in 20 minutes before closing, the guys were super nice and friendly.

Cinn City is amazing. The cinnamon roll combinations are endless. The idea is genius. Definitely worth checking out. The prices are fairly reasonable. However, the dinning area does tend to be a little hot.

Diabetes on a plate! It was fantastic and I wish I lived close enough to try the other flavors. Also got a frappe and it was on point. It had more of a coffee flavor than sweet. Perfect!

I ate here a few times on my vacation to Lynchburg. I tried a few flavors but the original was by far my favorite. So tasty. So good. I wish I had access to these Buns here in Florida.

Forget the fancy shmancy cupcake places. Cinnamon rolls are WAY BETTER! I really enjoyed the cinnamon roll but think I enjoyed the beignets even more! Get the caramel sauce with the beignets, its so good. Great atmosphere for a date place.

The cinnamon buns are awesome here. The only down side is the building is so small you might not have room to sit down, sometimes they are a little over done. Try the plain bun with cream cheese icing they are the best.

I saw the prices and I was like I cant believe people are selling cinnamon buns for $5 now but heck, was that cinnamon bun worth every cent.

The first thing to get you is the aroma as you walk in. 2nd is just the variety to choose from. Service was friendly and helpful. And lastly the buns we had tasted great. A good place to stop when in Lynchburg.

Fantastic little spot for a treat. This place really does take cinnamon buns to the next level! They have endless options for customization and they also have pre-designed buns for order. Prices are great considering the size. Shop was very clean and tidy and staff was quick and friendly.

Stopped here in October after taking a photo with the red shoe around the corner. We were seeking a hot drink, my guy prefers coffee but I like a chamomile tea. We were excited to see that a gluten-free bun was on the menu (a sensitivity for us, no allergy) and were surprised by how delicious it was - not like the real deal but also far from tacky or cardboard-esque like some other GF options weve tried over the years. It was large enough to share and rich enough we paced ourselves. Looking forward to stopping here again in the near future!

My first time here, I bought a box of 4 buns and order of beignets. The staff was pleasant and courteous, and the sweets were amazing! Will be returning. Top left is cookie monster, top right is just vanilla frosting, bottom left is chocolate razzmatazz, and last but not least is the lumberjack.

The place was nice and pretty clean. The cinnamon bun was good. However, my experience with the staff was disappointing. They werent necessarily rude, but did not go out of their way to be friendly. I made an attempt at complimenting the place, but it wasnt met with much appreciation. The young lady that came in after me, seemed more to their liking, as they were pleasant and conversational with her. So, in the future, when I want to drop down $10 for a small coffee, bun and $1 tip, I will do it elsewhere.

This is the BEST cinnamon bun that I have had the pleasure of enjoying. This is the cinnamon apple with strawberry drizzle and cream cheese icing. To top it off, the staff was so kind and sweet. OMGOODNESS!!

Why have a building called a restaurant if your food tastes like it came out of a microwave? About as disappointing as it gets. Gave it one extra star in appreciation of the outdoor seating and a bathroom.

My boyfriend and I stopped by here for the first time today. Its a super cozy place and the workers are extremely friendly. I ordered the beignets which are light and fluffy,and smoothie. Will definitely be visiting here again!

Came in with high expectations as I[m a huge cinnamon roll fan. Left quite disappointed, roll was soggy and lacked flavor. Perhaps it was an off day with as good of a reputation as this place seems to have.

Coffee and milkshakes are about on par with fast food, and I waited longer and paid more for it. Server only put his mask back on when I was staring at him and didnt wear it otherwise even while making my drinks. Got my order wrong and then ran out of whipped cream to remake it.

Love this place. Only reason I didnt give it 5 full stars is because the staff isnt really all that friendly. Not that they are unfriendly, but they certainly dont go out of their way to be outgoing. The cinnamon buns and beignets are fantastic though. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating thats updated.

Cinnamon buns are great and you can customize them with the type of icing and toppings you want on it. If you have a sweet tooth this place is great. If you just want an average run off the mill cinnamon bun i prefer one of your typical cinnamon bun chain places. This place is more for gourmet cinnamon buns, and if that is what you want and are going for you will be more than happy. The interior is also nice on the inside and the staff was friendly. If I get a craving for something sweet and delicious again Ill be back.

This place is awesome. Delicious, rich cinnamon rolls with toppings. Its so good i can barely finish one! The Lumberjack is definitely a favorite here (Maple frosting, bacon, cinnamon apples, & cinnamon drizzle.). Definitely recommend a visit here for a good dessert (or breakfast ;) )
