A worker named mercedes asked a man with his daughter if she could ‘check his bag’ because it was mandatory. the man said he was buying shoes for his daughter because hers were messed up, he emptied his page with nothing from the store. believe what you want but i believe this no needed at all, and if you believe someone is stealing call the police instead.
I go to pick up my sons prescription and was told it wasnt ready which was fine no big deal so I return 20 mins later and was told there was an issue and theyd get on touch when it was resolved and ready. A day goes by nothing so I call. I got hung up on three times!!! Then when I finally reached someone I get attitude from asking a simple question!! Seriously? You hung up on my 3 times I should be the one mad! Also the question was regarding my sons medication as there was an issue. Will be switching pharmacies!
The staff are always rude and unhelpful. Also always trying to rush you off and absolutely do not care if you get your medicine that you need or not. Not recommended at all. Do better. If you don’t want to be helpful to the people get a different job.
I have never had a problem with the store or the employees, but I get so sick and tired of spending ten minutes on the phone listening to some electronic BS before I can actually talk to a live person to ask a question. I calles today to check on a prescription and I could have crawled to the store and checked on it in person by the time I got to talk to someone. I know its the wave of the future (automated answering devices) but I HATE them.

I love this story. The employees are friendly and the store always has great deals. It is one of the last pharmacies to close.
Would avoid this store at all costs if you have anything to do the rest of the day. Last 4 times I have been in there I went for 1 item (razor or card etc) and spent at least 30 minutes doing it. Most of that time was spent in line usually because of untrained employees running register not knowing what to do and having to wait 5 plus minutes for management to come help. Yet management allows 3 other employees to stand around talking instead of having them come help runa second register. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Drive thru is supposed to save you time but it takes 15-30 minutes before anyone can even help you. Not sure if its the people picking up prescriptions or if the pharmacy is just that bad at servicing the drive thru customers. Also they never seem to service two customers at the same time the always handle one at a time. Either way its much faster to just go inside.
Its a good place if you wanna wait almost 30 mins in line (drive thru)
