Sears warranties mean nothing! Our refrigerator is ll months old and stopped working. So, we called for repair and waited over a week for a repairman to diagnose the problem and order a part. After waiting another 10 days and hearing nothing, we called and were told that the part isnt available for over two months yet their policy prohibits submitting for appliance replacement until the part has been on order for at least 27 days. So, here we are with an 11 month old refrigerator that doesnt work and no commitment from Sears to repair, refund or replace. They will do nothing!
