My overall experience has been terrible. Car was towed there on a Monday as a result of fan belt breaking on my QX30 which had a little over 20,000 miles on it which in and of itself is inexcusable. Given that it was nearly impossible to get any advisor on the phone. When I finally did after numerous messages I received information the car would be ready on Wednesday as a part would be arriving that day. Was told by Rico I would get a call around 11. Never happened. Called several times, left messages with no call back. Finally I had my husband drive me there as I had no car as they could not give me a loaner vehicle. I wanted to see for myself what was going on. Neither Rico or John spoke to me. Another gentleman spoke with my husband and I informing us that the car was ready but needed to be test driven before it could be released. Was promised that would happen the next morning by around 9:30 and that someone would pick me up and drive me to the dealership. As I write this it is Thursday at 11:00 AM. I have left 3 messages with no call back. I had to take the day off as my husband had to go to work and I assumed that my car would be ready this morning. I am a teacher who has been teaching in person through a good portion of this pandemic. This fact was conveyed to the service Dept but not much consideration from them even knowing that. I guess no good deed goes unpunished. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Avoid kevin he is unproffesional as his dressing sense he overcharge and lie to you that insirsnce doesnt paid the repair cost as i think he and his manager put extra money in there pockets

Just because you have a luxury car doesn’t mean you get good service well at lease not a this place. They are money hungry thieves, they will tell something is wrong with your car when it’s really not and try to con you into services you don’t even need just like a typical low end shop. Please watch yourself when dealing with them. Brought my car in for the same issue twice and at this moment my car still isn’t fixed. It’s clear to me they have no clue what there doing and will feed you some lame excuse.
John was so helpful and very knowledgeable about his job everytime I go there i look for him and Gary these guys are assets to INFINITI. He takes his time explaining everything to the customers.

Its ok. The waiting room area isnt bad but kind of expensive this time compared to last time and they now charge a 4% premium for credit card transactions which would be nice if they gave you a heads up about in the appointment confirmation email or when you book the service apppointment.
Service is slow, long time waiting, I was been there last year I had that time issue on my QX60 they are can’t fixed ( that time I had warranty) today I went to this service and they said for fixing this issue is $2500 price this is ridiculous
