I visited Crown Ford Inc. Service to take care of the recall I received. I was met by Douglas he was nice and knowledgeable, took care of the paperwork had the car taken in had it serviced in a very reasonable time. It was a very nice experience.At Crown Ford all the personnel are very niceand knowledgeable.

This is the second time I have brought my Ford EcoSport in for service at Crown Ford in Long Island, NY. Each time I was satisfied with the service I received and the professionalism of the staff. I will use them again, the next time my car needs service.

Took my Explorer to them to check out ac/ heat problem. Took them 2 days just to figure out it’s the blower motor and to tell me it’s not covered under extended warranty. Then upon picking up my truck they lost the key and I had to wait for 2 hrs for them to program me a new key.

I went in for recall work on a new 2020 Ford Escape. They had me in and out in about an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable service advisers. I will go there again even though I got my vehicle from a different dealership.
