Talk about awful customer service!The employees are impatient, short tempered, and just plain rude.I witnessed multiple employees aggressively scream at customers when their masks slipped below their nose.No explanation of policy. No “Do you mind pulling your mask up?”. They just went straight to commanding “MASK!” like some sort of drill Sargent.I’m fully vaccinated and always where my mask out of respect, but treating customers like this is simply UNACCEPTABLE!

I wasn’t upset when the instructions for my online order were disregarded, but I have now overpaid twice for products I am embarrassed to use, and I’m irked. For my most recent and last order, I made sure to physically provide examples of what I wanted and was assured, in person, of the end results. Bad job, guys.

Nice employees, and you can use the paper cutter without purchasing anything. :) (Or at least you could pre-COVID, I havent tried since.)They talked with me about different kinds of paper (thickness, gloss) I could use for the proxy CCG cards I was making. I ended up going with paper from another place, but the paper cutter was a huge help!Ive popped in to ship returns, and its very painless. They scan the QR code, print the label, you give them the box, and youre on your way.

Paid over $100 for standard overnight shipping from Portland, OR to San Francisco, CA. Two days later, the package was still in Portland, and they had no idea when it would be sent out or delivered. They refused to refund any money because they said it was weather-related - related to the weather in Memphis, TN? Why would you route a package being sent between two West Coast cities through Memphis, TN? And then refuse to refund any money when you failed to uphold your end of the bargain? If its still in Portland, then you didnt use any of that money we paid you to fulfill the task you were paid to do. They could have even warned us about the weather that was already happening in Memphis when we agreed to pay! They basically stole our money and I will never do business with FedEx again

I cannot be more amazed by the people that work here. I dropped off a package but lost the receipt with the tracking information. Fedex did some detective work (obviously after my verification) and was able to locate not only the tracking number but also all that it was delivered.Seems like a weird thing to ask of a Fedex employee but with their help, I was able to save $120 in fees if I couldnt prove I sent the package. Thank you thank you thank you.

Terrible experience. Was misquoted by one rep a lower price, when I came back up to the counter, they remeasured and quoted me a higher price and would not go with the price they previously quoted me even though what I was now shipping was 10 pounds lighter. Do not go here. These people do not know what they are doing.

I wanted some prints on card stock. I was helped by the assistant manager; I asked her if their card stock was coated or uncoated. She told me she didnt know what I meant by that. While she was printing I noticed in their paper catalog it said the glossy card stock was coated so when she came back I told her that for future reference their glossy card stock is coated. The difference between coated and uncoated paper is pretty basic printing knowledge and Im unimpressed the assistant manager cant be bothered to learn the specifics of their catalog. I also had to remind her to return my usb drive to me.

I have been into this FedEx Print & Ship center a few times and I have always received great service here. Todays visit was no exception.When I walked into the store I was greeted right away by an employee who was at the front of the store. She asked what had brought me into the store, and I informed her I needed some resumes printed on some snazzy paper and a folder to schlep them around in. She pointed me to the fixture which contained the folders and led me to an area off to the side so I could select the paper I wanted for my resumes.We laughed over the idea of choosing a blinding fuchsia color for my resume. Unfortunately, most hiring managers are not fun enough to see the joy in this, so I went with some semi-typical greenish-oatmeal whatever color. She quickly grabbed my paper selection and met me over near the printers. Even though the machines were meant to be self-service, and Im sure I would have been able to figure the process out; she helped me through the whole process. Im sure this saved me a bit of time.I dont often find myself needing many of the services that this FedEx Print & Ship center offers, but when the need arises, Ill definitely head back to this location.

Terrible experience. The staff was nice when I finally got their attention which is why I am giving 2 stars. The printer only printed every other letter, and they had no fix or refund. I ended up having to print a blank form and spend half an hour in the sweltering store filling it out by hand. I had to charge each transaction (4) separately and not all of them got charged to my work account. I am not convinced that the passport photo is within regulation and will take action if it is not and I am denied my work visa. She also didnt actually tell me that they dont deliver on Sundays for my rushed overnight delivery. After the transaction was completed I heard another employee say that and asked the woman who was helping me and she confirmed. So we had to go back and have it sent to a different address, and she had the gall to be mad at me. If she had told me all the information we would not have had to redo it! I was close to tears by the end of the visit. I will never return! I wish I had the power to make my company stop using FedEx. Thus was not my first bad experience with the company

This place is the worst. They have 3 employees here & NOBODY was available to help as the computer was charging .39 a minute!! AND. Then they charged me 2.39 to print 4 pages!! Double sided so 2 pieces of paper!! Save your frustration & money and go to OfficeMax or Office Depot... Wack!!

This place is nicely organized and clean which is something I find really important. What I dont care for is having to wait for more than 25 minutes for someone to help me. Seemed like the staff was full, yet it took me close to half an hour to get something printed off the disk I had brought into the store. This store would do so much better if the staff knew what they were doing.

I went to your location about 9am Saturday morning. The one clerk in the store I believe his name was Cory, was so welcoming and helpful with all my questions it was just fantastic. I dont do a lot of computer /copy work. So needless to say I had a lot of questions. Cory (I Hope thats his name) guided me through each step, resolving each question and problem as they arrived. He made a very confused person feel welcomed and at ease, while swiftly taking charge and getting the job done. My thanks to Cory and the FedEx team at NE 7th.

Peter was very sweet and helpful. He went above and beyond for my requests and those of others in the store. A word of advice to the management team: coaching on the floor in front of customers is extremely embarrassing to employees and uncomfortable for customers. And for flips sake be kind to your employees. Theyre helping you.

Our company has a corporate account and I will be terminating this as soon as they recover our latest missing shipment. This is the second time IN A ROW that our freight has been late and/or missing. This is ridiculous.There has been a break down by the deliverers of various locations as well as within this specific location. Every time Im there Im working with a trainee, which I am very supportive and empathetic towards. However it makes me question what the training policy is and why the turnover seems to be so high.I understand mistakes happen. But this is above and beyond. I have spent hours [9.5 logged] on the phone chasing a job that wasnt complete. Your service is to deliver, and you are not performing- neither locally nor as a corporation.UPDATE: it took nearly a month for our missing item to return; I had to continue to call and remind and request the item be identified and moved through the process. Even up until the last FedEx stop here in town did the item then sit for multiple days and I was told 1) forgot to deliver it and 2) they werent really sure about what was supposed to happen to it so they assumed it was going to be picked up. I am still having difficulty trying to reach someone to be reimbursed for the shipping and be willing to have a conversation. This has yet to be resolved and as I escalated within our company, those folks are having quite a difficult time receiving effective customer service. As of yesterday our claims department was told to Call in 5-7 days to make sure the claim went through. I mean it already should have... but just make sure. I was also informed once they finally found the missing item that none of the labels [placed on there by a FedEx employee from this location] werent attached and that happens 60% of the time. [??].As mentioned before, unfortunately this was not a one-time occurrence having worked with the NE 7th location and calling multiple corporate numbers. There is an incredibly large issue happening with FedEx in general, in fact a musician friend recently added that its sorta known in the industry to not ship your stuff via FedEx.

I came in to print a couple things from my Google Drive. The machine was taking forever and wouldnt finish connecting to my account. After a couple tries and 5 minutes an employee asked if I needed help. I was told it just takes a long time for Google drive to load. Another customer that was in the store told me to try emailing it to myself and that worked for him. So I did that instead and it worked fine, until I got to the part where the paper actually printed. The machine kept telling me I needed to pay, which I had already done my card at the very begining. The printer also asked me to load paper when there was already paper in it. Eventually it printed the two documents I needed. I expected to be in and out quickly and ended up spending more time than necessary. It made me frustrated as well that the only advice that actually helped me came from another customer and not anyone that actually worked there.

Horrible Store. Matt the manager (way too young to be managing a store with the way he was acting) there is very rude and does not know what customer service is. Waited about 20 minutes behind 1 person in line while there were plenty free people to help me at the counter. Waited another 5-10 minutes while they were just standing there doing nothing while he and another employee are chatting up a storm back further. Finally he asks what I need. I tell him I have a pick-up and tell him the name. I was picking up supplies for my boss. He asked for my id, so I explained that I was picking it up for him. He wouldnt even let me do a video chat with my boss so he could see him and his id. If this was against the policy which he said in a very rude manner when I was suggesting options for him to see his id. He should be either fired for being a complete jerk, or not training his employees right who have never once even asked my boss to see his id when picking up a few copies of paper we ordered. This guy needs at least an attitude adjustment or termination. Not acceptable, I suggest other companies until he is replaced. And he knows he was in the wrong, because I went back inside to get his name, then he asked if it was something we could talk about and looked concerned like he would receive punishment for being a jerk. Waste of your time, go somewhere else!!! Period. Glad I didnt spend the money I was going to on their overpriced childrens books I was going to purchase. They will not be receiving my business and I WILL tell as many people about my bad experience as possible. Please fix the mistake of hiring a complete jerk Fedex and get someone who actually cares about customers.

I have been to this location twice and they were helpful and friendly. Some of the staff were more knowledgable than others but it all worked out in the end. I was having over sized documents printed. They did a good job and it didnt take long. I plan on going back.

Staff member (Kenton) didn’t seem too interested in earning business for FedEx. I had a large item that would require a custom box and was finally told it was too large to ship via FedEx after being quoted $145 just to box the item. I made the short drive to Postal Annex where I paid $160 to box AND ship via, get this, FedEx. The staff there was much more interested in helping. The employees here seemed bothered anytime a customer came in while I was there.

We just went to the NE 7th Ave location to ship something to a friend. Less than a second after I approached the shipping counter, Corby came up to help. He asked me what I was shipping, and without me even asking, provided me with my two options and their respective costs. This was especially appreciated, as it was double the price for a 1 day difference. Corby took down mine and the receivers information quickly and correctly, then processed my payment and went over my receipt with me, making double sure everything was correct. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. A big MAHALO (thank you, in Hawaiian) to Corby at the FedEx on NE 7th Ave for making my first experience there a great one! Well be going there again in the future, for sure.

I cant believe we still use FAX... but I definitely cant believe $21 is what they charged. Plus, I did all the work... NO HELP. Where is the service for $21? Tonight I went into your Kinkos to have a a flyer for my business made. Im the sort of person who lets more knowledgeable people take the reigns, so I asked the woman who was behind the counter if she would help me get the copies to look the way i liked.She was warm, finished it to perfection and helped me remember that these cold, inevitable chain stores are still full of living, breathing people!Im not sure if this is the right spelling....but Carrie, on the graveyard shift, offered authentic customer service and if all your employees were as great Id never do my business chores elsewhere!That women deserves a raise.

I went today to send a wedding gift to my sister who lives in Norway and when I got there’s there was three employees. No customer but me and one of them asked me if I need help and I told him and then another customer walked in. He told me can you go wait over there,I’ll be right with you and he started helping the person came after me while I was there waiting. Thank God there’s employee who was watching everything from far way came up to me and offered to help me. I’ll never ever go back there and I advice you my brothers and sisters don’t go to this place.

I was having trouble, confused during the process of my document being scanned. I went to ask for help, While I was being overcharged in the self-serve scanning computer and an employee treated me like an idiot, he was condescending instead of being helpful, the know it all type of personality. I was clearly frustrated cause I was being overcharged and so the employee said I could fill out some slip and go to the counter for a discount. He then, treated me passive aggressively, super rude and treated me as if I were doing it on purpose. I wasnt trying to scan for free. I understand its a business, but when Im scanning something thats charged up to $7 and I go ask for your help to see if Im doing it correctly and help me with the pdf document itself, then Im being charged up the butt for needing help, then instead you treat me like a piece ot garbage, just makes no room for customer service. Some people need help with scanning, printing, as every piece of equipment have different ways of working. So SORRY, I dont know it all. I know this specific employees name but Im not going to go as low as to placing his name here. In conclusion, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, Never coming back here and never recommending this place to anyone. HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE HAVING ISSUES AND CONFUSION WITH HOW THE EQUIPMENT WORKS.

She even threatened that she would call 911 if I didnt leave as if I was resisting to leave. Great customer care. Today is Friday Jan 20 2017. I will never go back to that place again, ever.

I have used this shop on the past. Basically 4 years of college for class projects without issue. I was recently in there in the pm, had my own paper (never an issue). The guy working nights told me my paper would not work because it was not lazer stock. Pretty impressive trick considering he never touched/inspected the paper I had brought. He did not offer any alternatives, was rather cold and gave me the kick rocks or buy our paper look. Pretty Unprofessional imo. Was a huge inconvenience and I felt he was more interested in his next bake than interested in helping me. Disappointed I wont go back unless is during the day when the staff is much more cordial and accommodating.

I went to FedEx today to print some readings for a class at my college. Not only was the computer so slow I began to wonder if they use dial-up, but then unbeknownst to me the printer jammed, which slowed up my printing. Stupidly, I tried to print the same document twice, as the computer gave no indication that it was in fact going to print. When an employee fixed the jam, I inquired about whether I might be able to determine if I would be printing the same document twice and cancel the second print job. The employee then smiled and WALKED AWAY. Now I am $60 poorer due in part to the outrageous print rates and the complete and utter lack of help provided by FedExs staff. I will not be returning here.

Shipped Smart Tv through this location. Arrived to us with several dents in the steel back of the tv as well as a completely ruined screen. Clear evidence that the box had been mishandled and that larger objects were placed onto the tv, as well as dents to the outer package indicating it had been likely kicked. Extremely disappointed in their service and the handling of our property.

The person who answered the phone basically just told me about how they couldnt do what I needed, and was really unfriendly and unenthusiastic, although he did seem to possess the information I needed. I eventually just gave up trying to make a purchase. (Was trying to send in a PDF to make into business cards, and to pick it up a few hours later. Apparently, thats not as straightforward as you might guess.)

They will hold packages shipped to them for customers (like UPS stores do), but they return them to sender if theyre mailed to the location vs shipped to them by FedEx directly. Wrong in so many ways!
