Very polite and professional and caring. Lisa was wonderful and really on the ball. Her compassion for me was very sweet and she was a big help when I needed it the most. The technowizadry was great. Jon helped me when I was ready to rip my hair out. He fixed my issue and was so patient with me.

I have been receiving my mail and packages here for over 16 years. And the staff is by far the best. Keep up the good work. Love the staff there. Never had an issue with any packages receiving or shipping out. All my mail is secured even when I’m out of town. There’s a reason I’ve been here for over 16 years. They must be doing something right. Even my printing needs are completed with no hassles. Of course there will be some who you can’t make happy no matter what. The store helped with copies of family photos after the passing of my father Josiah was professional, thoughtful and worked carefully through the old photos to get them properly done. Very reasonably priced.We came back a day later to do a remembrance bookmark/prayer card. Jon helped a technically challenged mother and son put a digital obituary and Facebook post on the bookmark. Friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Made great suggestions and again very reasonable. We will come here exclusively. Cant say enough good things. Stopped to talk to the owner, and he likewise was very personable.

My boyfriend and I are moving cross country and Lisa has been extremely helpful with all of our shipping! She was patient and very informative with our questions and provided us with all the tips and tricks we needed. Great experience!

I shipped 7 boxes from this location last week. One box is missing. Three arrived smashed, crushed, and torn. Almost all of the contents inside are broken. The fifth box is so badly damaged it appears there were attempts to re-tape it. The two remaining boxes are dented but there was clothes in those boxes so the contents were not damaged.Most of the broken items are sentimental and cannot be replaced. I am completely unable to understand how this can be acceptable. Someone knows what happened to these boxes and has absolutely no regard for their customers.

BE AWARE! Went to pick up a package that I originally paid for to have delivered to my home, mind you the package weighed less than 1lb. A young girl went to look for my package in the back and then came out with a piece of paper that had “$10 pick up fee” penciled on it. I was shocked and have never been charged a $10 “pick up fee” I told the girl to ask her manager about that because I’ve never heard of such a thing and she came back and said “oh never mind you’re good to go”. Very weird. Felt as though they were trying to scam me.

I have been a customer here for 13 years. When I first relocated to Florida, this store, #1819 helped me print my resume. Since then, the hardworking, courteous, knowledgeable staff have been there for my package returns, shipping needs, and printing services (they made my daughters 10th birthday a success and they laminated communication cards so I would be a rock star virtual teacher mom). I so appreciated their computer services when my desktop computer crashed during an important project. This UPS Store is a one-stop shop for so many business services and the staff members are AMAZING! I have never seen any of them have a bad day. The frontline customer service staff work hard, greet each person with a smile, and even when someone comes in the store with an obnoxious packaging request, the staff politely inform the customer of his or her shipping options and do the best to make the customer happy. I hope you all (staff) know how much I appreciate you. Thank you for being professional and polite to every customer that enters the store. There were days I came in the store to copy medical records for my medically fragile daughter and another time to ship my deceased husbands memorial items to his family up north for a celebration of life ceremony. My world was falling apart and your smiles helped me choke back the tears on those days. I hope you appreciated my surprise today--Sept. 30, 2021. You deserve that and so much more. Im definitely a satisfied customer.

I use this store almost weekly and although it is very convenient, the worker’s are never happy and act like they hate what they do. It’s never a pleasant experience

I would not recommend using this location to return something to Amazon. They scanned my app, gave me a drop off label with a tracking number, and that seemed easy enough. Fast forward two weeks, the tracking number showed nothing in the UPS system and when I called them they gave me a number for Amazon. No surprise Amazon was clueless… A few days later I finally did get the refund amount in my account, so it arrived ultimately. Regardless, the lack of tracking was frustrating.

This place is awesome!!!!!! Super fast service even when the line is out the door!!! Plus they always have plenty of supplies in stock!!! Staff very knowledgeable and pleasant. Even tho the post office is closer to me I always come here 😁😁😁😁

Needed some documents printed off my phone and then a VIN inspection. The associate was polite and very helpful. It only took a few minutes to complete this. I very much appreciated the great service.

UPS and I get along just fine but the shorter female clerk here wears her mask around her chin and is generally rude every time I go here. I get it, customer service sucks to work, but I try to go out of my way to be polite to her every time but to no avail. Good box selection I guess.

Went to 2 stores today and both say there printing services are down. Not cool that a printing and shipping business doesnt do what they say.

Thank you Lisa for going beyond! As a wheelchair user I pick and choose the stores I visit, but coming here is never a problem. Lisa is always willing to come to my car and save me the worry of getting in and out without problems.

I asked John if he could print a 60 year old newspaper from a .pdf file. He said, “Of course”. He took the thumb drive I brought containing the .pdf file. Looked at the off file, gave me options on the size, changed a couple of settings and printed it. It looks like it just came off the press. I was out within 15 minutes. That’s what I call service!

Shipped a PS5 to my nephew for his birthday, it didn’t make it out of Florida before it was stolen. Had to file a claim, which took 5 weeks to get my money back and the kicker - my reimbursement was $12 less than what it should be because the $12 is what I paid for “insurance”. Guess you need to insure UPS won’t steal your stuff. Added hassle is the UPS store is a franchise and they blame UPS, and UPS won’t talk to you because the store if the shipper. Huge hassle - won’t use again.

I went in to the UPS store to do some Amazon returns. They are always fast and courteous with these returns. Today I brought my daughter and she wanted a pink highlighter and went I tried to pay for it bye store manager said it was on the house-my daughter was so happy and has been talking about it all day-it was a small gesture but one that will keep me returning time after time-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Dont waste your time go down the street. They are not efficient, fax always gets frozen, too chaotic and too many workers. I have been there twice and not impressed. It took 1 fax 40 min that was only a few pages. I went down the street less workers and far more efficient. I wont go there no more 2nd time was a waste as 1st time.

I attempted to lawfully mail a non-NFA or FFL regulated gun part at this location. They rudely told me they weren’t licensed to mail the piece despite it having no internals, and therefore anything more than just a piece of metal. They repeatedly told me they weren’t “licensed” despite the fact that I have used UPS to mail similar items in the past.I’d strongly encourage you to go across the street to the UPS store by Publix.

The entire staff here is awesome. I routinely email files to be printed for work and theyre always on it! Jon, Cheryl, Lisa, and the rest of the staff are always friendly and always go above and beyond. Their help and service helps me to be successful in my field.

My sister needed to print a form and fax it, but she was still covering from surgery and wasnt strong enough to get the process down. Lisa and Carla were very patient and helpful. They are allowed her to go out to her car and sit down and finish the process. Thank you so much ladies.

I had no idea that UPS was a full-service stop! And the price...I was very nervous to ship a box of goodies to a friend this morning - but went to UPS and was treated to the BEST service I have ever had! Not only did Lisa pack a couple of items that may have gotten damaged in the process, but she also had the PERFECT sized box, and then on top of that - asked if I was a AAA member - which I am! All in all, a GREAT price along with amazing customer service. I had no idea - I will be using this UPS store from now on!!!

I had to ship a christening gown that I had sewn for a special friend. I needed to have it packed and overnighted. I went into the store at a very busy time but the lady did not rush me. IAfter seeing the gown, she put on gloves so that she could help pack the gown with the utmost care. It did not matter that the store was busy or people were in line as I was the customer she was tending to. The man in the store would not touch it as he had been working with printing and I also appreciated the fact that he knew this was a job he should pass on to someone else. They were wonderful and I will definitely go back to them.

I highly recommend Brian for any of your printing/graphic needs in the Lutz/Land O Lakes area. He provided great service with a very hands-on, personal touch. I went into the store today, 7/23/2019, rather upset with Frontier not receiving my returns. I did not have the receipts. Lisa took the time which was quite a few minutes to search for my returns and verifications of my returns. She was very kind and patient with me and did not rush the matter. She printed out the information that I needed and sent me on my way. The store is very helpful. Thank you Lisa, you made my day.

They do not do FedEx drop off !!

I have been using them for years and had to pack an item weighing 8 pounds. They charged me $17.00 for a cardboard box and an additional $16.00 for the packing peanuts. If I didnt have to absolutely send the package out that day I would have left! I called them about it..was told it was under new management, and the manager never called back. I had to ship another box weighing 22 pounds. I bought a box at Home Depot for $1.89 and packing for less than $5.00. and shipped it USPS for less than the $56.00 they charged and for a heavier item. I dont mind you making money. but REALLY? that much for a cardboard box and just as much for peanuts that weigh less than an ounce each. Never again.

This store is amazing. Every associate knows my name and greets me when I come in to get my mail. I have shipped packages often and have never had one incident. We even shipped heavy antique electronics with tubes and the shipping event was perfect.

We had a mailbox at this UPS store for 3 years and then we moved to downtown Tampa. I was really sorry to leave the store and almost tempted to keep the box and drive up there every month!! The staff are extremely welcoming and professional, especially Maggie and Christina. Ive been to other UPS Stores since, but none of them match up to the customer service I received at this store. Other UPS store staff should visit to see how its done right!!

I Forgot my tux for my brothers wedding while driving up to new Orleans from Tampa. It was about 7am and I was passing through Mississippi when it hit me what I had forgotten. I called this UPS store immediately (@7am). They answered, were very friendly, and very helpful. I had a friend bring the tux in to get it shipped overnight. The lady folded it beautifully in a box that saved me $80 on shipping. It arrived the next day in time for the wedding. I highly recommend this store if you want to feel like family. A++++ service.

I stopped in at this location specifically because they were the only UPS store with 20miles with more than a 1 star rating. I was not surprised that they were busy, it is/was Christmas time. I must say that all the employees were very pleasant and handled my needs very quickly. I will certainly use their services again.

We've had a mailbox at the ups store for over 10 years. We have always had outstanding service. Sure you pay more for the convince. If you want to save money, you can always use a public library or post office.

Total Screw up......Went to an UPS store to have it sent Via UPS because its going to a Condo. This ^%$&@ sent it USPS...now its lost. Oh ya messed up the address more then one and had to redu the paperwork more then once.
