Darrin was very helpful from the first contact asking questions to the closing on our house. We even totally switched up on the house we were looking at and bought a totally different one, it didnt phase him or his team a bit. They were honesty and up front all the way through. I would highly recommend them for all of your real estate needs, buying or selling.

We wanted THE BEST and picked THE BEST. Mr. and Mrs. Mercer did great with the sell of our home. We had directions that we wanted them to follow from day one (1); and they did. We worked together very closely for about thirty (30) days and we sold the home getting almost asking price. Granted, we did a little help along the way, staging the home and monitoring the online ads as examples. Altogether, we ALL made a great team. When working with a realtor, you have to do just that. WORK WITH YOUR REALTOR! There are some give and takes. However, these two (2) are THE BEST. We could not have done better. The reason that we dont give a five (5) star is because EVERYONE ALWAYS has room for improvement as PERFECT is non-existent.

Buyer Beware !! Sun realty of Florida ripped us off. Their salesperson Daniel Pfieffer lied to us on every level. The listing said 5 year old roof and 10 year old HVAC neither of them were replaced. The listing said comes with fireplace but we dont have one. Infestation of termites which is costing us 4000 to get tented. Very disappointed. We feel we were taken advantage of because we bought sight unseen, only saw pictures and a virtual tour but we made our decision based on Daniel Pfieffers listing and claims. I can say this if you’re going to buy in a mobile home park and Sun Realty is the agent, I would make sure you get your own home inspection and you ask for a termite certificate

I cant say enough good things about Darrin and Sun Realty! I recently purchased a home with Sun Realty and Darrin went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was there during the entire home inspection, returned twice so my family could also see the home before I made my final decision to purchase the home and even went with me to speak with the park manager. I really enjoyed working Darrin, he always called right back. Working with him was so great that if I had the opportunity to work with him or send him potential buyer I would.

If we could give lower rating we would......the realtor only offered a 6 month contract, but if you contact their offices as we did and later found out they offer as their Company policy 3 months to one year contracts.Realtor stated we could get out of our contract early with NO penalties, but did not supply us with a copy of contract. Later we found out it is $750.00 penalty to get out early! PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND HAVE THEM SIGN...Realtor does not reply to texts or voicemails, we ended up doing 7 out of 8 open houses ourselves.We appealed to realtors Broker/ Owner by text, email, and phone call..not one of which we got a reply for 3 days!I would STRONGLY recommend NOT using Sun Realty of Florida to sell your home.

This company ran an ad to hire someone in my area, I responded and was answered right away. I received several emails which wanted information right away so they could get me started with training materials... I was rushed but gave them what they requested, now its day four and I havent heard word one. How can I work for somebody who rushes me for personal information and then ghosts me? How can I trust them? Good luck folks.

Very Unprofessional and never calls people back

Scott Stillwell is the man you want on your side. Very professional. The dude is an appraiser and a realtor so he knows better than any standard real estate agent about how much you can get out of your home. He even measures the home and verifies the accuracy of tax records (mine were incorrect) for your home to ensure that you will be able to get the most money possible. My home was on the market for no more than a day before i got my first offer. Dude tried to lowball me and honestly the offer was about what I thought the home was worth but, Scott knew better and within the next few days I had several offers for my eventual target price and walked away with more than double the money I originally thought I would be able to profit from my house. The housing market is on fire right now so get up with Scott and make yourself a damn good profit.

I work for this Agency, and the experience and the pleasure to be the Receptionist/Agent is awesome, they have taught me the process and paperwork which is needed for closing and beyond. Scott and all of us are a TEAM which gets it all accomplished, I look forward to continue being a part of this Agency for as long as they need me to help them.

If i could give them less than 1 star i would. Stay away from the realtor in Brooksville, Fl, and the broker is quite unprofessional as well.I called the main office (4) FOUR times and asked that the broker please contact me, and i never heard from him. So, calling the office now would be mute....
