My friend lives here and it is clean and cozy

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.It says permanently closed but they are not. They still rent to people who are unaware of how badly the living conditions are here. We lived here from August 2016 to January 2018.Rent for us, which we left January of 2018, was $660/month. Its actually $165/per week. So some months you will pay more.They will try to blame you for things that break or malfunction. We had to constantly have proof we didnt break or damage anything.ELECTRICITY WILL BREAK YOU FINANCIALLY. The trailer park management are slumlords and refuse to update anything until after you move so they can charge you the entire $400 deposit. The landlord refuses to give any contact information of the owner of the trailer park. But the owner is a property appraiser. You can find his info online on public information sites.Electricity ran us most of the time $200-300 a month. Its because of HORRIBLE insulation and holes in the floors and walls.They wont fix these issues. I have photographic proof I messaged them numerous times about fixing them. I also have pictures of all the issues. Majority were never fixed, and the ones that were, they became problems again quick because they dont fix things properly.The last trailer we lived in at this place was the 2nd one we lived in here. We had to be moved from the first trailer because there was no hot water and the water was COMING OUT BROWN. We still couldnt drink or cook with the water from the second trailer because at times it smelled like eggs and was full of lead. We did water testing strips and had to buy bottled water.About a year later that same trailer caught fire due to terrible electrical outlets they refused to fix. They had to tear it down.The second trailer has 10 windows and only one fits an ac unit. And yes, you would need one because on top of the terrible insulation that caused us to have the ac unit running constantly to not be 90 degrees all day, it breaks down CONSTANTLY. one time we went a whole week without air conditioning.There is shared washer and dryers, that you have to pay by coin, that are OUTSIDE. Covered in bugs and dirty. We had to go to a laundromat. We had to get a new fridge, because it kept dripping water onto our products in the fridge and leaking all over the floor. That took two requests to finally get replaced.The mold and mildew was SO BAD my boyfriend had to take asthma medicine everyday. The week we moved to our current new place out of this dump, he no longer needs asthma medicine. This was in part due to that they covered up the vent in the second bedroom with the CARPETING making it impossible to use the second bedroom.There are pot holes EVERYWHERE. Good luck with any car trying to get through here undamaged. Thankfully we had a huge Jeep to get through it. We still had to avoid most of them.You can only pay rent on saturday, between 1 and 3pm, and the landlord is always late. So you are stuck waiting outside of the place to pay. They dont take anything but cash.They got a full months notice from our new apartment complex of us moving, even though the lease says we only had to do it a week in advance. They tried denying the $100 they wittled the deposit down to saying we didnt give a written notice. Email counts as written!Steer clear of this place. Its a complete rip off and scam. We now have a nice clean apartment where the electric is about $70 a month, and management are more than accommodating for a LOWER PRICE per month given we have our own washer and dryer too.KEEP. LOOKING. Dont be desperate to accept this hell.
