I walked into this store hoping to have a watch repaired that wouldn’t buckle in. It was my wedding day and wanted to wear a watch my lady had given me a few years prior. Well he went at it for probably about 10 min. Told me to try it on and test the buckle. It worked perfectly and when I asked how much I owed him he said “No charge. Tom at Eternity Jewelers is an amazing, hard working, and caring gentleman. I am forever grateful for his efforts refurbishing a gold pocket watch I inherited from one of my great grandfathers on my Dads side of the family. He also spent over two months connecting with his network of jewelers to find replacement parts for the gold watch my other great grandfather on my Dads side of the family purchased for me as a gift as a small child, and I found in storage. Many jewelers would have given up, but Tom did not. That level of care and compassion is hard to find in most businesses in modern times. As long as I live in the area, Tom will always have my business.

Amazing experience! Highly Recommend! Eternity Jewelers was the first store I stopped by on my search for an engagement ring. I informed Tom (owner) that I was looking for an engagement ring and curious what inventory they had available. He shared that their inventory in house is limited due to nature of their business, but they specialize in creating custom rings. At that moment I wasn’t ready to decide on a ring, but what really stood out is the amount of time he spent explaining the grading process and what I should look for when visiting other stores. I went to several other stores around the Tampa Bay area but none of them had what I was looking for. Ultimately, I found my way back to Eternity Jewelers and worked with Tom to create a custom ring. The final product was stunning, and my girlfriend (now fiancée) has not taken it off her finger…outside of needing to take it down a half size which Tom was willing to do at no additional cost. One last thing I would like to mention is how quickly Tom was able to deliver on his promise. I needed the ring in less than a week’s timeframe prior to going on our trip and he was able to knock it out despite tropical storm conditions. Went in about two weeks ago to get a pair of earrings. Diamonds are a lot more expensive than I thought. They made me a beautiful pair of cubic zirconia earnings and only took 1 week. I couldn’t be happier. Very friendly and helpful as well.

The jeweler did an excellent repair of all the prongs holding the diamonds in my wifes wedding ring. The ring looks new and he was very patient answering technical questions about how he did the repair. He was also very knowledgeable about his trade, well-trained, and very reasonable in his pricing.

Excellent service and work. Had a ring that broke and a diamond fell out. I was certain it would cost an arm and a leg, but the price was incredibly reasonable for a diamond replacement. Have had several pieces repaired, and have had the rhodium plating done on my wedding ring. Everything has been excellent and reasonably priced. Also, I left a few pieces there way too long (ah, covid and babies and work) and they kept them ready for me. Will be looking into having them rework my mom’s wedding ring into a necklace (I have ginormous hands and I had all boys) soon!

I went to Eternity Jewelers to have my engagement right polished and cleaned. The ring is very old and was passed down to me by my grandmother. It was starting to get really worn and certain areas were almost turning black. Tom was extremely kind and helpful. He cleaned my ring in 15 minutes and made it look brand new! I was beyond satisfied with the result and he cleaned it at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this jewelers to anyone looking.

I took several rings to be resized and the bill was hefty. A nice job would have made it worth the money however none of the rings fit correctly. One ring, a family heirloom, broke the first day I wore it. I brought several of the rings back after being told they would be corrected. Upon my arrival the owner started to complete another ticket and charge me again for work that should have been done correctly the first time. Even after telling me he would fix them. I was shocked that he thought I would pay again. It would have been nice if he would have looked me up to see the cost the first go around. The product was disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend this business to anyone wanting to be treated fairly or take their prized jewelry to be worked on.Yet another ring that was sized by this company broke. The pic below shows the damage. I will take it to Mavilos which is a reputable business. What a waste of over $500.

A few weeks ago I brought in a Citizen watch that needed its titanium band replaced. Unfortunately Citizen no longer made that model or band. Tom was extremely helpful in ordering and installing a very reasonably priced similar color replacement band clasp which allowed me to keep the original Citizen titanium band. Today I went in with the same watch because the movement had stopped. I feared that this was the end of the road for this watch. Tom to the rescue again! He reset the capacitor wiring and the watch came back to life. He didnt even charge me for this. Great customer service! I will be recommending Eternity Jewelers to anyone looking for exceptional service and quality.

I had a watch that seemed to be in need of a new battery. I brought it into Tom. He inspected the watch prior to replacing the battery and let me know that he wasnt 100% certain the issue was the battery. He said he could first replace the battery to see if this was actually the real issue. The best part about this review is he didnt charge me a cent that day but asked me to just take it home and give it a week and then if it is still keeping good time then come back in and pay him for the new battery! If it wasnt keeping time, he told me I didnt need to come back and pay him for the new battery he had just put in it! Talk about exceptional, small-town customer service!! Granted, we arent talking a lot of money for a battery, but the fact that he would do this is amazing to me especially since I had only been in to see him one other time for yet another battery change on another watch. It turns out all the watch did need was the new battery which, as I had promised, returned the following week to pay him. Tom is knowlegeable, professional, kind, fast and efficient with very reasonable prices. He deserves 10 stars!!
