Been to this store twice. First time for my mom where the assistant manager helped her find sneakers to fit. Brought out several different styles until she found what was comfortable. I’ve been back to buy sneakers for myself. They seem to be well stocked with all the styles and sizes. I love New Balance sneakers for the comfort and they’re well made. The NB outlet stores are unique in that you are allowed to wear the sneakers and still can return them for your money back within 45 days. Most stores will not refund your money if you’ve worn them outside.

The employees are very helpful and very friendly. I saw running shoes that I liked and they told me that they come in different colors that they didnt have in stock, so they ordered for me and they are going to ship.

Strictly New Balance at a good price, whole lot of shoes. Family member loves her shoes, returns here for replacement when the old ones wear out. I wear the New Balance made in the USA shoes. Have to walk a bit as it’s inside an open air mall. Always encountered a helpful staff. Nice place to shop.

Had a great experience at New Balance Factory Store today. A young man by the name of Jose, was quick to serve, suggest and did so quickly, courteously and with confidence. Really did an outstanding job, not only with me, but everyone else. Thank you for making my experience and purchase a pleasure.

Process are a lil high. Apparently you have to be a dad to shop here 🤷‍♂️(lol just kidding on last part)

I was able to find my shoes quickly and had a pleasant surprise of 40% off. Its a small location, with limited seating for trying on shoes. But, I will definitely return given the pricing.

They sell mens 993 for $180. Thats what they cost new. Shoes are seconds, priced at retail.No thx

Staff greeted me at the entrance very kindly, at checkout the associate sterilized all the area after every transaction. Made sure to explain the safety procedures the store had implemented due to covid-19. Overall a good shopping experience.

I love New Balance, but this store is no good. Very limited inventory, it’s visually terrible with the way boxes are displayed, almost no clothes, and it’s dark and small inside.

Disappointed with the inventory and visual layout of this store. Im a super fan of New Balance and when I found this store I was excited. It looks horrible inside with all those boxes, no clothes, small, no music and dark. Nike, Adidas and Asics provide a better experience (in the same outlet). Th boxes stocked look horrible people, Famous Footwear looks better. Your inventory is horrible too, where are the rest of your 574 lineups??

This store is located at the Tampa Outlet. During my visit they were offering great discounts for all their items in the store. Staff was very helpful, friendly and informative with their items.

They had some really good prices and lots of styles to choose from. Buy 1 get 1 50% off and 50% off price on shelf.
