We were in the market for a good set of hard sided luggage for an upcoming vacation. We walked into Bass Factory Outlet at the Prime Outlets in Lutz, F.L. and were handed a 25% off coupon, good until Wed, 11/20/19. The large, 28 bag comes in tan and black (sorry, I bought the last red) and the small carry on size come in red, blue, purple, and orange. They come equipped with TSA locks, so they can be locked, and TSA has the key required for entry. Price with discount for large was 81.00 and small was 54.00. These are fairly light, with heavy duty spinner wheels. Service and assistance in this store was incredible. The associate was careful to remind us to save certain parts of the tag with receipt, as these come with a 3 year warranty. This is a happy shopper.

I have worn Bass shoes since 1966. I have narrow feet and have always had to order my shoes, but no more. They dont make shoes to fit anymore. Either you are a mens D width or nothing at all. I guess we are all supposed to be the same? I am sure I am not alone. Disappointed.

Bella especially was so nice, as well as everyone else! I bought a pair of shoes there a few weeks back, never wore them because they were too narrow. I always give the box back when I buy shoes, but they were so sweet and took it back. Especially, they made me feel welcome and I ended up spending more! Keep those kids around! Best customer service in the whole outlet mall!!!

We went to several shops looking for shoes for my wife. Couldnt really find anything to work for her. We went into Bass and the staff was super friendly and not pushy at all. She ended up buying three pairs of shoes, and shes picky! I highly recommend this store. We will be back.

I bought to back packs for my boys. I must say the lady working there her customer servive was great!!Because she was so helpful and attentive to my needs i didnt want to leave.. It felt great to be in a store that valued there customers I wanted to spend more!

Great place to buy quality shoes. They have clothes too. The clothes are casual. Sales are really good. They just had a BOGO free. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Make sure to join their rewards program. On top of the BOGO I got another 25% off.

The last 3 times Ive been in there, Keith (I do hope I got that right) has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, while the rest of the staff was busy talking amongst themselves to pay much attention to incoming customers. I love Bass, and will continue shopping there, but I feel like 1 guy is carrying this particular store.

Bass has closed several stores in our area making it more difficult to shop in store.....just part of the retail apocalypse. This store was well stocked, sales people were helpful and friendly.

So... I went in tonight and noticed a BOGO deal on shoes for woman! Great! I am a frequent shopper and have 7 pairs of Bass flip flop sandals. Usually everyday priced at $29.99.... However, today I just realised a BOGO deal is NOT a deal at all. Its a jacked up price so essentially you believe youre getting BOGO item (if youre not a frequent shopper) when really the price for two items is just added in to one price! The two pair of flips I was going to buy which was supposed to be BOGO, turned out was still $60!!! Great if youre a tourist. Not great if youre a very regular customer and catch out a store like this. Not cool, considering I spend a decent amount a month in this store.
