I cannot say enough about this place! Personally, I hate walking into a cigar place and it is heavily cloudy with smoke and/or smells like old cigar. How cigars international not have that is amazing!!! It smells good. Always clean. The people working the bar and the shop are professional and really great! I love to sit outside. I haven’t had a chance to sit next to the fire yet because the chairs are always taken, but that’s ok. Even on a hot day you can still sit outside because of the great shade that they have and plenty of fans. The only suggestion or thing I would change about the outside is adding a couple of more TVs. There is only outside and I can see that being a problem during football season. Definitely will be coming back to this location!

The store in incredibly clean and smells nice. Most cigar stores I walk into are dark, musty, and grimy. So this was a nice change. The humidor was so huge that it had a checkout counter inside of it. The prices were great and selection was huge. Outside the humidor was a bar with a ton of seating. Overall, this was the fanciest cigar store I have ever been to. Great job guys!

Huge selection of cigars! Great atmosphere to be. Outdoors has a fire pit and great seating. The scenery is pretty good also.

The cigar store is great they have a good variety of brands and prices for everybody. There are two smoking areas one indoor with nice leather sofas and the open area with sofas, rocking chairs and high tops. Loved the service and environment even do the music volume could be a little bit lower. But the most shocking thing for me was that they dont serve specialty coffee. Come on guys coffee is almost as important as cigar in a cigar lounge; I have been in many cigar places in different countries and this is a constant GOOD SPECIALTY COFFEE. The rum variety at the bar was also kind of weak.

I was so stoked to hear that this place was opening up near us. Life has been made much easier and travel time cut down. The environment is relaxing allowing one to enjoy a fine stogie. What a great selection to choose from and excellent customer service from entire staff. Ive been here at least once a month for the last year and have had a similar experience each time with no complaints. All of our family and friends that visit absolutely enjoy and always ask to stop in when they are in town. Highly recommend for those who are cigar connoisseurs or those who just would like to sample a fine stick.

Joe was the most helpful. We were looking around and got greeting and asked more then once if we needed help. But joe when over and above. He explain the different size and showed us the meaning of the Olivia cigar. We are great fans. Both locations of cigar international go over and above . Great services in both locations.

A really great spot for smoking cigars and having a drink. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Ill definitely go back. They also have the specials advertised online. No need to order online when you can just go pick it up, have a cigar and a bourbon

Nice to have a cigar store like CI relatively close. I generally purchase my cigars from CI online and will have to continue because they have a limited selection at this retail location. They have a nice lounge at this location which is a plus.

Had an amazing night here. Locals know that there are not many options when it comes to nightlife but this was a nice time. I’m not a very big cigar fan but it was fun to partake and have a drink with family and friends. Will definitely be returning here.

Awesome place to buy Cigars, and have a Drink

This place is amazing. I came with a friend, who has a passion for cigars. He has been to Cigars International in other areas, but this was my first time. The shoe itself is a huge humidor and there is a large lounge and social area for smoking and relaxing. We spent our visit in the humidor shop and as a non-smoker I was happy for that. The shop was comfortably cooled and although there were several people smoking (and lighting up at an area where punches, cutters and lighters are supplied) the shop remained relatively smoke free. Ther was a massive selection, the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and overall it was a pleasant experience--even for me. I was thrilled to find cigar boxes for sale at $1...the boxes are beautiful and make great decorative containers. In short my fist was a fun adventure-- even though I am not a cigar person. My friend is a regular at CI and he was very pleased with his experience, he commented he would definately be a regular if he lived in the area.

First time visit great store very clean and an awesome selection of cigars. I was immediately greeted in the humidor by a salesperson who made sure I knew about the deals and specials which I really appreciate. I took advantage of the five pack specials found a great single stick charter oak which Im really enjoying. Ive been sitting in the lounge for almost an hour (60 minutes)... the bartender and other employees have been buzzing around and have even stared at me but no one has acknowledged me or asked me if Id like a drink despite the people around me all having drinks. I find this a little odd and quite disappointing... I guess Ill grab a drink somewhere else at one of the other local establishments once I finish my smoke.

Stopped in for a cigar and a few drinks. They have a very good selection of cigars. Had old fashions to drink, the pours were good and made correctly. There on a Tuesday so not too crowded but great place to hang out.

As a Father I was ot running errands with me 2 little girls, under 8. I decided to drop in a pick up some gifts for a few friends of mine. I was not allowed in to shop be cause I had my daughters with me.I understand the doors said 21, I was under the impression that referred to the alcohol the could is severed inside at the bar. But that was not why I was there.So Cigar International just put itself on my no shop list!

This really a great place to smoke. Great A/C ventilation, great prices. Plenty of nice comfortable seats inside and outside. Fire pit outside. The people that work there the best.Even a big bar even so I dont drink.

For a big store, they dont have a great selection. Thompson did a better job. The Danes should have left it alone

My favorite place to be. Great selection of cigars, indoor lounge with couches, high tops, tvs and a bar. Outside seating is superb as well with glass firepits and more seating. Bartenders Ashley and Rick knock it out of the park every time I order drinks. Theyre quick, offered great suggestions when I wasnt sure what I wanted and very professional. Kaitlyn and Autumn also have great customer service.This is a great place if you want to spend time alone getting work done with a cigar and drink; to passively relax. Just as well, its a great place to go with friends or strike up a conversation with other patrons. Whatever reason you go, youre sure to feel comfortable as it has so much to offer.

Great place to have a stick. Fun fireplace seating. Mixed drink prices crazy high. $14 for 1 borbon mixed drink. Ouch!

Went there last Saturday a day after their soft opening. Nice layout for a cigar lounge its size. Pretty good cigar selection. Awesome outdoor patio. Will definitely be going back again now that they have a full liquor license.

A little tricky to get to because of the nearby shopping center, but the service and drinks and atmosphere and cigar selection are excellent!! Also super convenient to order carry out from Longhorn (next business over) and bring it back to eat while enjoying your cigars and drinks.

This cigar shop and Bar has been long overdue in the area. The service is Second To None the humidor is very large and very very well-stocked. There are televisions inside and outside to watch your favorite game for sporting event. There is outdoor covered seating with gas fire pits outside for those cooler evenings. There is plenty of parking and it is a very clean establishment.

One of my favorite spots to go purchase my cigars. The selection is huge and they are always friendly. Buy 5 and get one free!!!

Ive been there twice already. Its a great place to go for a cigar and a drink. Its a very inviting place and a great staff that can help you with choosing a fine cigar. Ill be back probably more than my wife would like.

The cigar selection was awesome, but the drink quality was pretty low... I had an apple old fashioned, which if youre an old fashioned fan, skip on it. Its too sweet. But when I reordered an actual old fashioned, it was just bad and watered down. Probably one of the worst ones Ive had, sadly. Ill give it another shot because theyre still new though.

Didnt have a single cigar we were looking for.(common stuff too) That being said....its a YOOGE awesome cigar shop with TONS of choices. (as long as youre not looking for the stix that we were looking for....) Very Nice lounge area and bar. The facility is TOP NOTCH! Beautiful restrooms. Theyve only been open about 6 months?? Staff that i dealt with werent particularly knowledgeable. Thatll probably get better with time. One of the staff members was standing right by the humidor entry door when I left. Door was WIDE OPEN. Dont you want this closed? I asked??Oh ...ya, thanx was his reply.Only reason I bring this up is because I have wasted money on improperly kept cigars that you cant smoke.YOU GOTTA KEEP THE DOOR SHUT!Im sure they will get it together. You dont become Cigars Internantional by running a shoddy operation. Great store and Im glad you picked here for it.

I been in so many different Cigar Lounge travel with my RV I am in lutz City Florida Ive been a lot of Cigar Lounge in more than 8 different state .International Cigar Lounge Lutz Florida on Highway 54 the best very nice organized clean so many different seating comfortable outside and inside beautiful Cigar Lounge I dont think Im going to see something nicer than this one very helpful very good service & very resnable price.

First day open. We go intending to sit outside with our dog. Immediately stopped by 2 rude ladies and told we have to leave because they do not allow dogs on the patio. We will spend our money elsewhere where dogs are loved.

I went for my third visit on Friday (10/09) evening with my fiance. The store itself is great. They have a great selection with fair prices and a really nice and knowledgeable staff that work inside the humidor. But the bar needs improvement. We stood at the bar for five minutes only to have both of the ladys look at us and walk away after one of them pointed us out to the other one. So it isnt like they had no idea we were there. MANAGEMENT Please get some Bartenders that atleast acknowledge your customers. You have a great shop and a great atmosphere to enjoy a cigar. L Dont let miserable bartenders be the reason customers go elsewhere to places Davidoff because you cant get a drink and bad service. Ill definitely be back to the shop, but had to put this out there.
