Outstanding selection, great prices. The woman that helped me was both informative and extremely pleasant.

I am spending a few days on business in Tampa and decided to try this establishment. I was impressed by their excellent selection, competitive pricing, and most of all the outstanding service that I received. I came in for a few cigars, but wound up getting almost 20 since I believe that quality locations deserve my business. The cherry on top was that they have an extremely comfortable lounge and complimentary coffee and a clean restroom, so I was able to enjoy a few of my purchases, many of which I never had before but were recommended by Steve, all were excellent. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back. .

The rudest operators I have ever encountered. When in to this place to spend money and buy some Hemp cigarettes. Everything was fine till a lady who was not waiting on me asked me to put on a mask. Then they said I could not pay with a credit card for the hemp cigarettes had to be cash. That sounds like they are doing some shady business in my opinion. Then they attempted to force me to allow my ID to be scanned. It was at that point I realized this place did not want my business or my money. Told them they are fully capable of typing in the birth date and didnt need to scan my ID. Will never return here nor would I recommend this place to anybody.

I have multiple sclerosis and have trouble walking. The wonderful woman that works there has offered to bring my order to my car if I needed her to! Wonderful customer service!!

I go into this shop every once in awhile. its nice that staff is very helpful when Im picking out cigars. I just wish Id be asked less questions. Im kind of a I pick anything interesting out and find out if its good customer. Im never really looking for anything specific. But they do have a great selection comfortable atmosphere and carry everything you need.

Ive been here twice now. The first time, I bought several cigars and having not smoked in quite a while, I was somewhat unfamiliar with some of the new lines of cigars out there. I was helped by a very courteous and knowledgeable younger employee who guided me through their selection and put me on some excellent cigars. I also bought a torch and some butane that same day. Unfortunately, the first time I tried to refill the torch, the butane wouldnt enter the torch and it sprayed all over. In addition, I noticed that the top to the torch suddenly wouldnt stay closed. This brings me to my second visit to the shop. I walked in with the torch and fuel and was greeted by Carol, the manager. I explained my situation and she took the items, tried to figure out the problem and immediately exchanged both the torch and the butane for new ones. She was very nice about it. I have to say that I am more than impressed with the level of customer service that I have experienced at Tobacco Depot both in the humidor and at the counter. They have an excellent selection of both cigars and accessories and they stand behind their products. I have found my new cigar shop. Thank you, Carol and the rest of the crew at Tobacco Depot.

On this beautiful Saturday, I stopped in with my daughter. Thinking of picking up a box of cigars. The employee was more concerned that my 18 y o daughter did not have id.There is no way i will have my child stand outside of the store while i am i side. Simple solution, dont shop at Tobacco Depot.

Horribly rude lady working. literally told my husband and I that if we don’t know what we want we needed to leave. We were not even in the store one minute.

Just spent $25 for an opus x. Said to the manager this cigar feels hard. He said it’s fine. Got home wrapper falling apart. It’s a twenty minute drive each way, not worth a trip back but I am sure not going back.

I go to the Tobacco Depot because of the location; other than that, I wouldn’t bother. The staff is kinda rude. They’re always hoovering over me like I’m going to steal something then aggressively ask for my ID, even though I go there two or three times a week. They act like they’ve never met me, every time. The selection is nice, especially considering the location. I need to just stock up when I’m at Davidoff or Cigar Castle.

If youre a smoker this is the best place to go and the service is fantastic the manager Al is super person to talk to

My husband n I are frequently in this store due to the fact all employees are all exceptional, especially Peggy. Not only are they great & very knowledgeable but the prices are hard to beat,so if u havent experienced this store yet then I suggest you make this store your next stop when you needed ur tobacco products....from cigarettes to cigars to e- cigs too. Tons of accessories for anything u need,from A to Z...You definitely wont be disappointed!!
