Best staff....Meshel especially ially...always helpful..

The manager Tyler is a super nice guy and extremely helpful. But I received the rudest treatment of my life by an employee I assume to be the assistant manager about a month ago. Tyler had given me a discount on some paint but when I went back to pick up more this employee tried to charge me full price. When I told him about the previous discount he told me I was wrong. He became verbally abusive and refused when I asked to see Tyler. I wont ever go back.

Ive been using this store for high-end renovation jobs for the past ten years. I always get the top end or mid grade paints as it easiest to work with, lays down well and minimizes labor. I once purchased a tough as nails industrial enamel for a work table project thats still smooth and shiny after 7 years of continuous use. Highly recommended.

When I stepped into this store the gentleman behind the counter was eager to hear,come from around the counter and address my needs.I love this store and its young respectful employees. Lumberton🇺🇸

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the employees here, especially Tyler. He was amazing and explained everything into detail for me. If you know nothing about paint like me, this is the place to go and they have an excellent paint assortment, and other tools.

Ive been to the Sherwin Williams Store in Lumberton NC and my experience has been very good! Tyler is the manager of this store.Ive asked questions on specific problems and I have the answers that I needed.

Sales associate was quick to offer help and was very knowledgeable. I bought a gallon of paint that had to be mixed and I was in and out of the store very quickly. Much better than going to a big box store like Lowes or Home Depot.

My go to place for paint. Great quality if a bit more cost. Knowledgeable staff, just not enough of them at some times of day. I call ahead usually to have them mix in advance of my arrival to save time.

Seemed to tell me I didnt know what I needed for the job Im doing but couldnt tell me what I needed at the same time? Service was friendly and done in a timely manner.. mediocre selection in store l. And can mix whatever color or base is needed on the spot
