Absolutely wonderful customer service. I hadnt been in a while so I took my time, just to see what all is there. So many items but unfortunately the prices for basic needs like bug spray, household cleaning solutions and such are excessively overpriced, compared to where I normally shop for such things. I needed plumbing advice and was well received by the floor associate.

I frequent this place often and can say each and every time I enter the building, Im greeted hello and asked what can I help you with. Its nice to have a place where they pride themselves on customer service.

Every time I come here, the employees are excellent. They greet you and are very helpful and nice. However, one incident has pinched my nerve. I went to get a second key cut (because the first one came out right before). A man helped me and went to cut my key (that I had brought in) and I heard the machine and the uh-oh and knew it was messed up, I accepted it, stuff happens. The man and his coworker proceeded to look for a replacement key (hasnt told me that mines broke yet), but they were trying. The girl is called away and another woman comes into the picture and the boy tells her what happened and she grabs the key and looks at me and tells me that the machine didnt have a good enough grip on it and as the man said before Ace is not liable for the key if it gets ruined. 1 - He did not tell me anything about a liability prior to cutting my key, neither has the person that cut my first key a few days earlier. Had he told me before hand, I wouldnt be as frustrated. 2 - She wasnt around in the beginning to know if he did tell me. Then proceeded to try and sale me one of their keys, when I already had a new key, and just needed the blade cut. Other than this, their employees provide friendly service.

Tryed to buy a Stihl chainsaw needed a price check . Lady that was waiting on us went to the back never came back. Really needed that saw and I was on my lunch break, had to leave without a chainsaw .

Deseray and Jared B are absolutely amazing!!! The customer service with these two is awesome! They helped in every way possible programming the key to my car. Thank you so much guys keep up the awesome work!

Easy to find my items, checkout was a breeze, in spite of the long line!

Had a $5 coupon and the cashier rang me up and then refused to accept the coupon. When I asked she said coupons could not be accepted on past purchases...I told her I just bought it and the she said it was store policy^. Terrible policy.Terr

Of all things I was just looking for a screwdriver so I can install the license plate on my car. As soon as I walked in the door they was already willing to help and show me where it was. Very very friendly and helpful people. On the downside, I was looking at some Craftsman ratchets and noticed they was made in China. That is a real bummer. But it is not the fault of the store. The store seemed very big well-organized clean and the people was super helpful.

Lumberton, Tx Ace Hardware Store employees are so nice and helpful. They are better than any other chain of hardware stores!I wish you could get a larger store here. So you can sale more items that I need around the house and our business.I’ve been in several stores trying to find items that I don’t know much about. I had to go find someone to help me. Well organized, clean store!! All salespeople are friendly and helpful. Most are extremely knowledgeable. Occasionally one may get someone with more experience to help. Hardly ever long lines or waiting. Quality products every time!!

Always a salesperson to greet you when you come inside the door! Dont worry about having a short lunch hour to run your errands, they are quick to find what youre looking for once you enter their doors! Love them!

Found what I needed,the place was busy.But got check out quick. A great place to go,always ask if I need help finding something as soon as I walk through the door.

They had what I needed but it seems they are so busy that I spent 30 minutes looking for it. I would have ask someone but I could not find anyone. When I went to check out they ask me if I found everything, LOL. If you go here and know where everything is you will be ok. The store is clean. Just need somebody there on the floor to help. Would have rated you 5 stars.

My favorite place for that piece/fitting/attachment-do-hickey. The staff is helpful and readily available. Not expensive, but a few bucks more than Wal-Mart...and WORTH IT!

There used to be a place in Silsbee that carried a full line of the little parts you need for faucet and plumbing repairs around the house. While I have to go to Lumberton for those parts, I dont mind. The selection and service are WAY better at M&D. I just come straight over here now.

Absolutely love ACE here in Lumberton TX! I can walk in there with any crazy project idea and there is always someone to help me right away! Excellent customer service!
