Nice people with a very clean store. I was helping my brother drop off a mower, he bought his mower there takes it there for service says he will continue to use them.

Ive never seen a service department as bad as this one. We bought our mower from the previous owner of the business. The service was great. After it changed hands they put a weed eater and a chainsaw sparkplug in it, welded on a baffle that fell of when I returned home, told us parts were back ordered when another dealer had them and didnt do the work that I asked them to do. I loved the mower but when I replaced it I bought a different kind from another dealer. Service is everything.

They have had my mower since before the flood and i called and keep getting the run around and yesterday the guy at the lumberton store told me he didnt have the tools to pull the flywheel. i have done it for years didnt know there was a tool to pull the flywheel. remove the nut put a small pry bar under the flywheel and tap along the edge of the flywheel it will pop off.

They wanted to replace my deck on my Gravely so I let them do it it took him 7 months to replace my deck now I have to use a different belt now it dont work the same as it did before dont believe they know as much as they say they do I would not recommend them for repair on anything Gravely is a great product shame a dealer cannot fix what they say they can

Brought my lawn mower, tiller, and chain saw to be fixed. They told me they could fix the items. I filled out a service repair form. They called me and said they couldnt fix my tiller because it was a craftsman tiller. They said they fixed the lawn mower and to come pick it up. It wasnt fixed. Took it elsewhere and was told n it would cost more to fix it than its worth. They said nothing was wrong with the chain saw. That they cramked it, sawed some logs and everything was working. When i got the chain saw back it had no gas and the chain was soooo looose i could take it off without any tools. And the brake was completely missing from the chain saw. When I dropped it off I made it clear that the break and the associated coil was missing from the saw. I had my wife pick up all 3 items and it was VERY CLEAR they didnt work on any of the equipment. Of course they didnt charge my wife anything. They just housed it in their warehouse for 2 weeks and did nothing but lie to me about what they did do to it. I bought a $5500 Gravely mower from there a little over a year ago. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!!VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

Service after the sale is very lacking... Cant get a straight answer... Tired of the run-a-round... Was told to call mauriceville... They take my number and never call me back... Warranty issue with Kawasaki motor has taken over 7 weeks now and I cant get a call back regarding the status of my $5,000 machine. Was told I could get a loaner in a couple of days 10 days ago... Today I was told that the loaners are only for the commercial guys...
