I love Baskin Robbins waffle cones. They have the best flavor. I even go to buy just the cones themselves. But out of the last 7 or so times ive been, they only had them twice, Saying they r out of mix. Either someone is bad at knowing how much product to order or these young kids r not wanting to make them. I make sure to specifically ask if they r out of cones or the mix completely... they always say they should have some tomorrow.I drive too far to always come back tomorrow.

Whoever owns this restaurant needs to do something quick! You need a better staff. They are killing your business! We literally walked out, stood there and no one acknowledges us. There are 5 of us. 1st trip we had to ask for someone to clean up throw up. They saw it, just did nothing! Lady and her kid ran out embarrasses. The manager was in the office every time we have been. They should be out front, greeting people and making sure the teenagers that are working, are creating people, cleaning when there is down time and being friendly.

Got an iced coffee. Very good. I love Baskin-Robbins!

Oh my what delicious ice cream. Their cakes are loved when we buy them for any reason. They generally can write any message and can put any flavor ice cream 8n your cake. Icing tastes great too.

Would give a higher rating but the manager walked past us 5 times or more without asking if we needed help. There were only 2 people working that we could see. The young lady that waited on us was awesome and tried her best to wait front counter and work drive thru.👍🏻The donuts were fresh and coffee was decent.

Staff was super unorganized, and i went in, waited for over 20 minutes (no exaggeration) and walked out because i was sick of waiting they were out of most flavors, and the girl working the counter was also working the dunkin donuts counter, with another girl working the drive through for both if the places. The drive through thing is fine, but if the manager reads this i would like for you to put one person at each counter instead of making poor employees work two counters at once.

The ice cream selection was super limited. Staff is unorganized. I have been 3 times asking for waffle cones that are on their menu and there have never been any. I love the brand of ice cream but selection so limited I will more than likely quit going..I was so excited too for this store to open...

My kids love it, where else can you go at 700pm and get ice cream and doughnuts. But my kids arent picky adult brats like others on here!

Staff was super unorganized. Got our order completely wrong and when we sat down after chaotically taking our order there was a huge pile of throw up on the floor! Oh and forgot to mention that the trash can was filled to the brim and there was cups and dirty napkins every where. I’m so disappointed I was so excited when this place finally opened but After our experience our family won’t be going back! You’re better off taking the drive out to the baskin robins in Beaumont.

The worse Baskin Robbins I have ever been in. Ice cream was so limited it was stupid. No chocolate, really????? This was a Saturday night at 7:30 pm, you better pick it up or you wont last long here.Paula

I love Baskin-Robbins! My family and I have frequented locations in other parts of the country. For those Southeast Texans, who may have never experienced a B/R, its on a par with Marble Slab. The Lumberton location is in the former Pizza Hut building along with Dunkin Donuts on Main Street/Hwy 96. My only concern is that they seem to be understaffed at times.

I wanted to share an experience I had going to this place. I had showed up at the end of a little bit of a rush. The staff had struggled a little because many of them were still learning and had not developed Goodspeed yet. They were very apologetic and had let me know that they were still training they were very friendly and nice. When everything was called up I heard the manager come out and tell her crew something that you never hear anymore in a food establishment. The manager told her crew that she appreciated how hard that they were working andand a job well done and working together to make sure that every customers needs were met in which they were. This place may still be working out some training issues. So if you go here remember theres good management back in this and be patient many of the crew were still training. If it seems that the cashier is not as perky as youd like them to be. Try doing something to brighten their day someone may have just been rude to them for not knowing something theyre still learning how to do.

Went for donuts was told they were limited on their donuts. Just went for a royal banana sundae paid 14.00 fof 2 small scoops of vanilla ice cream a cherry some ba nanas and whipped cream they forgot to put the hot fudge on top.we wont bed back.

Stopped in to give Baskin Robbins a try.Although it is a scorcher outside I would have expected their ice cream to be cold.I was wrong. It was like soft serve.There was at least 3 inches of ice build up in the ice cream case.I opted for the regular cone...big mistake!It was stale with no crunch.My friend gets a sundae.The scoop was smaller than my cone.Our first and last trip to Baskin Robbins in Lumberton.

Everything was good and the ice cream was great. The price is too high for my blood.

I paid 6.50 for a royal Sunday that consisted of one scoop of vanilla ice cream, half a bananna, some whipped cream and nuts. What a rip off !
