Called 10/28/21, to see if you needed an appt to pick out glasses on Saturday. Lady on phone said no just come before 4. Drove all the way to Lumberton on 10-30-2021 to be told no one was their to do the ordering for glasses. Girl was really rude about it, when asked for a copy of the eye visit. Especially when I said I can go come where else to order glasses. I was very disappointed.

I was treated very rudely by one of the staff members in the Lumberton, NC office! She gave poor directions on the phone and then got an attitude when I went in the office. She then Told me that I could only enter in the office with my minor child but I had to leave my two 9 year olds outside by themselves! I told her that I had no one to watch them and I would just let my 11 year old go ahead in and be seen. She said an adult had to be with her but my other two could not come inside. I would have understood this better if it would have been explained on the phone when I made the appointment. I am still very upset by the encounter and I do plan to file a complaint and follow up on it. My child could not be seen and it was required by her school to get an eye exam!

This place is awesome!!! They were able to get us in quickly and my daughter got her glasses the same day! Very friendly and efficient staff and low wait times! Perfect and highly recommend!!

They have really taken care of my wife and I. My glasses prescription is definitely clearer than my last doctor had it.

I want to thank all who helped me get my new glasses, Dr mieg you did a fantastic job you listened to me not like i was crazy, and you did my glasses, its the first ones i have ever just gone in picked up no adjustments and could see so clearly with out getting dizzy, I thank you all and would highly recommend you to anyone who ask me about you.A very thankful customer.Glasses picked up in no time didint even need to adjust them great job on both sides thank you This was my 2nd pair as great as the first no problem with vertigo im so happy again
