Classic case of I would leave 0/5 stars if I could! I received no order status updates for 2 weeks on my purchase - I replied to the order confirmation email (which it states to do so), messaged on Instagram, commented on Instagram, was told to email a different email, had to comment again on Instagram after 2 attempts to contact via email, emailed AGAIN and am now BLOCKED on Instagram with still NO response! I asked to cancel my order multiple times and have now been notified my package has shipped after all my attempts with no response! Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t waste your money here! 🦋
