Great people to deal with!

My 18 year old daughter saved up her money to finally buy a car. She found one she liked at BTM Motors. It was running rough and had a check engine light. The owner promised us that it was just a coil pack causing the engine to skip. And convinced us to purchase it while promising to fix the problem. After 3 weeks they gave us the car back, and told us to take it to a mechanic because they could not figure out what was wrong with it. We asked for our money back, and they said the car is as is. We took the car to our mechanic only to find out the valves were burnt and the engine was shot. BTM Motors refused to do anything at all that would help my daughter. Huge mistake to trust this dealership. STAY AWAY

BTM auto sales is a very trustworthy company, I have a great deal of not believing any negative responses to this company. They are very reliable and back anything they have available..some people thank as is means your getting2020... great people with a great staff!!!

I purchased my car March 2017 and just made my last payment. It has been a pleasure working with BTM from start to finish. My car has had no issues and runs perfectly. I love Ms. Tammy she is awesome. They worked with me to make sure that payments were made on my pay date and I just really appreciate them so much!

I went to this dealership on Friday. I test drive two cars first in broke down a mile away and they had to pick us up. Then we tried another and it was smoking really bad. They told me it was normal for that kind of car. No it is not!!! Beware!!!
