I have always loved going to my local rent a center and getting exactly what I wanted until I moved to Lubbock and dealt with this location. I was under the impression I was receiving a brand new Xbox, was not new. Debbie told me she would find me one and didn’t happen. Ok no harm I was going to return the used Xbox and receive a refund ... this all happen in March 16-18. Now almost a month later I’m still trying to recover this refund. The manager Brian told me he would take care of it and give me a call back, never happen. So now I’m sitting here babysitting a grown man tell me his hands are tied and he can’t help me. Awesome. Thank a lot. Ha

Employees are always kind every time I go in the store. Brian is always willing to go that extra mile to help.

This Jeff guy was so helpful, welcoming and overall helped me get what I wanted by all means necessary!!! But of course to get the sell, once it was in my hand, I havent even had it for 2 weeks when my payment was due and I was in training where we are not allowed to have cellphones, by time I get back to him, he tells me they couldnt accept my payment and Im scheduled for a repo. Horrible, its sad that we do t have a job like him where he probably sees a handful of customers a day and has a lot of spare. I will never ever step foot in a rent a center. I should have listen to all the bad reviews.

Thia RAC location has the absolute best staff there and all of them help as soon as you walk into store with out hesitation, I must say both Brians has been wonderful with me Everytime esp through my time of being sick just recently in working with my payments. So yes they have great customer service, they work with you as far as payments and getting what you want and if they dont have it they will find it. Love this place and highly recommend to family and friends.

The manager is rude and hard to deal with. Very unprofessional. I have done business with rent a center in other cities and states and have never been talked to so rudely by someone my sons age. I dont recommend this store to anyone.
