This is an awesome place with good stuff cheap, like a large gift bag for $2, where you cannot find any place else. Love it ❤

They employees was very helpful and polite

While they have a huge selection of items, Family Dollar is one of the few places I can find size 4x clothes for my son. Unfortunelty this one did not have that size.

Manager had an attitude and threaten to refuse any future returns if I didnt package my return neatly. He stated he have to resell the item. Im like really? Usually returns are sold to third party companies and auction off. How are you trying to resell an item I opened in my house during a pandemic?

Has a lot of what I need and is right down the street. But I was standing behind some lady arguing over two dollars for about 10 min. I told her I would pay the two dollars if she would just go.

Good prices on most things but not everything. Birthday cards for one dollar without tax and they are nice cards with good designs and good wording!!!! Other cards for $2-3. Balloons for good prices too. Cheaper than a lot of places. Lots of stuff from cleaners to car stuff to rugs to electrical.

Really good for quick visits. Prices are great especially when you use the app for more savings. Really nice employees and great customer service.

This is my favorite Family Dollar in Lowell. Its always stocked and clean. I buy all my household items here. I clip the smart coupons before every visit and save an average of $9- $10 every trip.

Not even 1 star. Extremely rude 2x I have been here. Public bathroom my 4 yr old was told she couldnt use even though we were shoppers. As well as checking out checkout guy was on phone the whole time. Middlesex st is so much better.

Decent store. Clean for a Family Dollar. Overrun with homeless people stealing and people trying to sell drugs outside, but its Lowell.

I love this Family Dollar location. Its very clean and the workers are very amicable and helpful.

Place is new. But a mess. Long wait in line 3 or 4 ppl working but no one hops on a register to help out. Although the ppl are very friendly, still I think they should be and could be doing a much better job.

Ok prices. Need to bring your own bags. None are supplied.

Very rude. Did you look at the price tag? I know all the prices in the store because I put them up. Okay sir. I dont think that is the correct way to talk to a customer. I worked in retail like this, I know. If I could give a rating less than 1 star, I would.

SAME TIME N AGGRAVATION GO TO DOLLAR TREE Store was bare and a mess unlike any family Dollar Ive been to. Completely out of anything I needed the few items I grabbed were over priced.
