Was just there literally no more than 15 minutes and bought xxl puff bar and its a defect. Called the store to see if I can make an exchange and the person on the phone said there’s nothing they can do and hung up on me.

This place is run by burnouts, not in a good way. The never answer the phone, stand outside their door for 20 minutes before they notice you and let you in kinda way.

Ive been in here probably 10 times and I always find something new to get for vape juice. Very wide selection. And a ton of tanks and bases. All newest stuff in here its great!

I have visited the store numerous times and have alwys been treated wwith respect. My last visit I purchased an item and dropped it going out, breaking it. The salesperson offered to replace the item and refund the balance as it was $10 less than what I bought. As it was my own fault I took the replacement and told him to keep the $10 and left. Having been in retail for many years I was glad to find a store that treats their customers as people, not just a sale.

Great shop. There are so many different options for vape juice... Its like 2 shops in one with all the selections. Tons of vape kits and the best prices Ive seen around. 5 stars for the staff, if every place was this helpful Id be giving a lot more 5 start reviews. GREAT JOB GUYS!

This place facilitates me with the best products and best customer serivce this beast could ever ask for. A staff that gives you more then the basic information. They give their review of the product how they have felt using it and the pros and cons of each unit of merchandise. I have been able to work with them on price without having my wallet be taken advantage of. Some of the people that work here are just fantastic individuals with great personalitys and a real care to customer service. If i could give this shop 6 stars i would. To start their selictions of bongs bowls and other tools for flower or (tobacoo) are phenomeonal with fire prices to boot. And the vapor products are more fairly priced then a lot of the stores in nh where there is no tax but i save more here. I also would like to say their rewards system is awesome after 100points you get 5$ off your purchase add em up and get up to 20 or 30 i think. And those points add up fast. I plan to keep this as the store the beast will dance into to swing my lighter leashes they supply and find another accomodation for smoking habits, and vapor needs 5 out of 5 forks from the beast stay safe and seize the night by stopping at yaya for all yall need.

Very nice place the people was very nice to me and my Girlfriend we love it.

Knowledgable salesperson. He was very helpful in choosing an e-cigarette setup for a relative. He asked all the right questions and helped make an intelligent decision. He seemed passionate about the stuff that he sells. He seemed a little less knowledgable about the CBD products. I think he probably doesnt personally use them. I would definitely be back.

The staff should know more about every product in the shop and not just the ones they may personally use, I spend good money daily here as opposed to the sketchy one downtown but twice Ive made a purchase here on upsells and the Information I got was 100% wrong and when I told the person who sold me these items he was wrong, his first response was, are you sure it was me?
