Quality selection, great location, friendly staff, and very flexible as far as hours go. I walked in 25 minutes before they opened because the door happened to be open and they still helped me out. But as an aside, no your products and the specifics if you’re buying a vape or something of the sort. I was looking at an item and the employee blatantly tried to tell me it was one thing when I knew otherwise. Great place just be careful of your knowledge of the product you’re looking for is limited.

I love the place! The pieces are cool and the service is what really sold me. I was looking for a birthday present for my friend and the guy working helped me out the whole time. I felt like he was honestly trying to help me go for a good pick rather than pointing me in more expensive directions. I got some great Rick and Morty swag and my friend said the gift was legendary, it was a win win.

The owner is fair, the kid that works during the day, makes his own prices. He got me good, & took a lot of money from me. When the owner asked how much did **** charge me? He looked @ me & said I need to talk to him what the heck!!! Most items dont have prices.

I’ve been to a lot of smoke/vape shops but this one is hands down the best. Can’t beat the prices ANYWHERE around here including New Hampshire, if you’re looking for anything I highly recommend this store above all. I’ve gotten every vape I own here. The workers are super nice and the owner is amazing working with you.

This is the shop for you if youre sick of pushy smoke shop employees. Very personable, knowledgeable employees, good variety. I have been going to this shop for a long while now and I put it over any of the surrounding smoke shops. Its refreshing to talk to people who will actually help me find the right product instead of throwing hot buzzwords in my face like an infomercial salesman. I have purchased glass pipes, water pipes, and other stuff, but I regularly need to restock on rolling papers and lighters among other trivial smoker needs and I love their willingness to help and not try to up sell, or convince me I need a better rig. All they want to do is help people get what they need, and answer any questions people might have.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My one-stop shop for all my smoking/vaping needs! Highly recommended.

The only shop near me that sells good, clean butane. They are actually cheaper than the store I normally go to in NH. Not the best selection Ive seen, but they do have a little bit of everything. The guy working there was a really chill person. He didnt push me but he did have some helpful suggestions. Prices are average to slightly cheaper on most, with a few eyebrow raising bargains mixed in. Just be careful to avoid high traffic times in downtown lowell.

This shop is the best! They have a great selection of vape supplies. They always have new inventory practically each week, from juices to mods, tanks, etc. I tell everyone to check this place out guarantee you will leave happy.

Loved this place when I lived in the Acre in Lowell! Only gripe I had with the store was it opened @ like Noon daily! What happens if ya run outta butane @ 6:20 am before work or ya knock your sweet glass rig over & crack smash boom your in the market 4 a new rig lol! So yah all thats happened more times than I care to admit but when ya need ya terps you need them!

10-12 weeks ago I purchased a humidor, paid 35.00..... it has two plastic handles and during NORMAL use the handle snapped right off too easy, now seal is broken and no longer performs as designed. I was basically told OH WELL TOO BAD... NOTHING WE CAN DOso much for supporting our local small businesss...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO TO HEADLINES .. as they would have exchanged no problem, they stand behind their products...

Second time visiting - as always it was very clean, had an awesome selection, the owner was polite and helpful. My favorite thing about this place is, as a lady I dont feel weird or awkward walking in.

Been there a few times now and the kid has no clue about products, especially juices. They dont have a catalog for you to look through to see what they have so youre stuck asking the dude and he has you smell the product. I bought what I was told was a Strawberry creme flavor but turns out it wasnt just Strawberry creme. Had a few other flavors in there that had I known were there, I would not have wasted my money on it but thats because I got service by an employee who is uneducated about the product that brings repeat customers. You dont go to a place like this and buy mods every visit. Youu buy your mod get some juice and the only reason you say I gotta go back is for more juice. Do yourselves a favor and put a catalog or two on the counters for customers to look at if youre not gonna take the time to learn about the product yourselves. Til then, Ill buy my juice elsewhere.
