I just want to say that I just recently discovered Mels Crafty Mojo and cant describe how pleased I am with their customer service and their products! If I could rate both higher than five stars, I absolutely would. I would much rather do business with shops that have a personal touch than the larger online companies who you cannot connect to. Any time I have had a question about a particular product, Mels responds almost instantly and they also offer a wider variety of products, from their selection of poly burlap down to their gorgeous selections of ribbon and wreath kits. I will always do business with Mels Crafty Mojo before I go anywhere else. My only regret is that I didnt find Mels sooner. Best customer service and products, second to none.

Mel and Bobby are awesome people. If they don’t have something in stock, they will try their best to get it for you. They keep you posted on when their shipment is scheduled to arrive. When you order something, it is shipped out within 24 hours and if for some reason they can’t ship (out of town), they will let you know that to. Items are of great quality, but not a big fan of the amount you have to spend to get free shipping. I placed order and next day remembered I had forgot a few items ... but didn’t want to spend another 79.00 for free shipping and the postage almost doubled the cost of the needed items

Thanks for such great service. I ordered and got my package the following day, of course, I live in NW IN so its not far. I ordered the gold deco mesh for a craft day I am having where we willl be making St. Patricks wreaths. The gold is a bit brighter then my other mesh but it will work. I also took a look at your ribbon choices and saw you have alot I have not seen. Will be back to shop for sure!

First off havent received my products yet but my main disappointment is the fact that I needed other colors of poly deco mesh that are out of stock. So what that means is I will have to reorder them when there back in stock and Ill have to pay an additional shipping cost which doesnt make me very happy.
