This is my favorite dollar tree to go to. They have many items here compared to other dollar trees around the area.

This is the best Dollar Tree location in the Rockford area by far. Its always stocked, its clean and they often have specialty toys like Playmobil and BotBots which is awesome! Whenever Im in the area I always stop to see what new items have come in.

Store was not very clean, cashier was laying his head down on register complaining of nausea and upset stomach.

This store gives you real value for your dollar. If your tired of paying high prices this is your place for greeting cards and lots of other great items. I love a bargain, who doesnt ? The employees are absolutely fantastic 👍

Dollar Tree never disappoints! The shelves are stocked full, neat, clean floors. The cashier was friendly and efficient! The store was pretty busy and had run out of carts, but had extra carrying bins. Overall, happy with the experience and they had everything I was shopping for... including Valentine items, too!

The store was well stocked and clean but I had to wait in line at least a half hour to check out. The line was extremely long with only one cashier. I needed help reaching bins off the white shelf and waited for someone for over 10 minutes and got them down by myself.

I love this place its really nice I enjoyed shopping here and I can get things done and especially looking for certain idems that I need and its a hit or miss when it comes to their frozen foods if you are lucky enough to catch what you are looking for when its there. The 2 ladies last night were so sweet. My 1 1/2 year old daughter really wanted a balloon and didnt know which one she wanted, one of the ladies blew up few different ones for her to choose. They did not have to do that. It was very kind.

Very disappointed in dollar tree mask-wearing not being enforced and mostly the staff. While employees did have a mask on, they did not have their most important part covered their nose. Maybe some education on why its important and how to wear a mask properly would help. The manager was also not wearing a mask correctly.

Nice staff pretty much always stocked. Good selection for dollar products and gift wrapping materials. (Scissors, wrapping paper, tape ect.)

Friendly and helpful staff. I enjoy doing crafts. This is a very inexpensive store to get supplies for crafts so I can do more. There are YouTube videos showing ideas for creating crafts specifically with their products. They also have greeting cards, party goods, toys, books, household products and groceries. Items in just about every category all for $1. Remember the old Dime Store, well now its the Dollar Store!!! Fun place to check out and save.

Whats not to love about one buck items. Coffee filters, seasonal kitchen towels, Reynolds aluminum foil sheets! In and out 👍🏾

Nice dollar tree.Usually friendly staff and clean store.Shelves are generally stocked and tidy. They need to work on bathroom maintenance and cleanliness. Also the over stock can sometimes be unsightly.

Made the mistake of ordering 26 balloons, 2 days in advance from here. When I arrived to pick up my balloons they hadnt even bothered starting my order. In fact, no one had bothered even seeing what orders they had for the day and it was after 6PM when I arrived. They completely ruined my chance to pick up the balloons and hide them before having to get the birthday boy. They were completely unwilling to do anything to make things right and made it quite clear they didnt feel even the slightest bit sorry for not bothering to do their job and screwing up a kids birthday balloons. I will NEVER make the mistake of attempting to order balloons from them again. Party City may cost a lot more, but at least they actually do their jobs.

Only bad thing is the lines are super long and no social distance here everyone so close together it was upsetting.

I love dollar tree! They always have what Im looking for... just gotta be a smart shopper when saving a buck.

Went in last night and the place looked like it had been hit by a tornado. Items all over the place and litterly looked as if things were thrown on top of the candles and pictureframes were all messed up. The line was at least 10 deep. I used to shop only at this one, but after last night I will go to 173.

The cashier was friendly, but had no backup, there were other employees however they were either talking to one another or following customers around not assisting anyone

This is the BEST Dollar Tree I have ever been in! Well stocked with asanything and everything you can think of and MORE!! Friendly stall! Very clean and well maintained! I have found my FAVORITE DOLLAR TREE! You must see it to believe it!! Thank you Dollar Tree!! I will return soon! :)

This is a typical dollar tree located in a strip mall. This dollar tree is a bit cleaner than others I have visited and the cashiers are kinder. The clientale was also nicer which made the experience great.

Decent variety. Friendly staff. I have been here several times and would go again.

Be prepared to wait in line for 30 plus min. And then not even have the cashier say anything to you because shes too busy having a chat with another uniformed employee who was apparently off the clock, but neither of them were doing a good job. Most items are opened it have been tampered with. Nothing here is really worth $1.

The staff is very friendly! The dollar store has basically anything you need for a dollar unlike other dollar stores who charge more than Walmart. The only thing I can say bad is how busy it always is. The lines are always so full but you can’t blame em.
