She had great ideas, gave us good advice and was very easy to work with. She did everything she promised. Kitchens by Diane is the best! Diane makes sure everything is perfect, whether a door needs replacing because it came warped or isnt finished correctly, or if you need a new narrower drawer front because the baseboard doesnt allow it to open. Diane was my designer the first time many years ago when she worked for someone else. Then we moved and I went right to Kitchens by Diane, didnt even look anyplace else, as I knew I only wanted to work with Diane again. Again everything is perfect! Thanks Diane, we are forever grateful for our beautiful cabinets!!!

Visited Kitchens by Diane in early January. I placed an order and wrote a check for half of my purchase then, and the other half would be upon delivery. The first check was cashed within a weeks time, which I fully expected. At the time of ordering I was told 10-12 weeks. I contacted K by D to inquire about my cabinets around week 12. I was informed there was a delay and it would be a little longer. What I learned is little is relative. After 19 weeks I was notified that my cabinets were going to be delivered. However, I would need to drop the check off or send by mail. At this time, I wrote my check and got it in the mail.After delivery, I learned there was an error in the order. I contacted K by D and went through the proccess to get the error corrected. K by D told me it would be 4 weeks. Nearly 7 weeks and again, I had to inquire after the 4 weeks. I was not contacted by them.Kitchens by Diane had no problem cashing my checks in a timely fashion but why couldnt they keep me informed? I didnt expect a daily check in.After this experience, I have learned two things.I am not a valued customer at Kitchens by Diane.Also, my business must not have been appreciated.

My husband and I had 3 different kitchen design places in the area say they would get back to us with a design after they came and measured and NONE of them did. While driving around Rockford area we saw Kitchens by Diane and decided to stop in and immediately we knew she was a true professional and loves what she does. After measuring our kitchen she made an appointment to go over her initial design idea in about a couple weeks, which was different from what we were used to. She was great with us when we were trying to make decisions and answered all of our questions. She set our minds at ease. Now we finally have the kitchen of our dreams! Thanks Diane!

Diane did a great job of providing information that allowed for us to make an educated decision on what we were looking for. The design and quote were given in a timely fashion. Diane was quick to respond to questions and concerns. There was an issue with the cabinets, but Diane made it right. The cabinets are beautiful and they are good quality. We were more than satisfied with our experience and would recommend Diane to family and friends.

Diane was helpful initially but my bid clearly marked as maple cabinet doors was changed to MDF without any notification and a surprise to me upon receipt. I was told that maple is the term for MDF for grabill cabinets so be very careful on what you will be getting.

Needed replacement baseboard and crown molding to match my 30 year old Grabill bookshelves. They had exactly what I needed. Very helpful and pleasant.

If youre looking to get your kitchen redone this is the place you need to go. The people that run this facility are the best people Ive ever dealt with. So go on down kitchens by Diane and get your kitchen redone Im sure your kitchen would appreciate it.

Kitchens by Diane was a joy to work with through all phases of our kitchen remodel project from concept through completion. Diane has a wealth of design knowledge and practical insight. She is pleasant to deal with and is very supportive--sharing her design guidance when requested as we selected floor tile, lighting, appliance colors, etc. The cabinets and countertops are much better quality than our originals.B.E.A.M. Custom Finishings handled the remodeling work. David, the owner, is top notch. Pleasant to work with, he is knowledgeable, competent, and a talented hands-on contractor who pays careful attention to detail. He employs personable, skilled sub-contractors and does a great job of managing the project schedule.

Diane is a delight to work with. Gave so many helpful hints for improving are amazing bathroom project to spa like bathroom...

So far we are extremely pleased.

The people there were very nice and friendly but Im not really very satisfied with the quality of cabinets and with the quality of the installation and the service.
