Miguel, (the new owner), was prompt courteous and very professional. He bent over backwards to give us what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. They did our countertop one day, then came back the following day to do the backsplash. Overall pleased from the estimate process to finished kitchen.

Dont  shop here.  Granite Transformation does not have a franchise in Rockford.I had previously had our kitchen countertops replaced by the Rockford franchise when it was run by a brother and sister.  They did a great job.This is just a corporate office in Florida.The corporate sales does not care about customer service or having the job done correctly.  Once you pay them you are at the mercy of the installer.The installer for the Madison area comes from Rockford and is there only one trained on how to install the product around.I was given Miguel from Rockford as my installer.  Miguel seems very nice and knowledgeable to begin with, but then install time came.  Miguel set times each day that he would arrive.  Miguel was late over 11.5 hours during the installation.  Never called, would just show up late.My countertop was built incorrectly, it had a half inch bow across the front.  The corporate office was not responsive and told me I had to deal with their contractor to get it fixed.  The installer tried to mislead me by saying it had to be crooked because the back wall isnt straight. This is a lie.I had to withhold payment and wait through rescheduling over approximately 2 months for it to be fixed.  One corner still doesnt look good, but I have to accept it because I was given no other option.

They have not responded so we moved on from them.

Excellent company for counter tops and cabinet refacing. Love the look of my kitchen. Very professional and helpful.
