My friend and I went to Pac Sun today. We were not greeted upon entering which isn’t unusual or reason for compliant. However, the lady working was extremely rude to the both of us. While we were browsing she shot us dirty looks. I asked for a fitting to room to which she said WAIT. This behavior had taken me aback as I was not rushing her or being rude. My friend found a top she wanted to buy, at the register she asked for a coin purse that was behind the display. The lady rolled her eyes and slammed the purse on the counter. My friend asked to use her points to which she gave us a hard time. Nothing permanently terrible happened. However, the experience was way different from the normally pleasant atmosphere. I hoped that today would be a fun day for me and my friend. Regrettably, that wasn’t the case. I did not catch this employees name. Although, she had black hair, an eyebrow piercing, and a Betty Boop tattoo. I hope that in the future employees will be more friendly.

I love pacsun, and have always been to that store multiple times but when I went just recently the lady who was behind the counter dismissed my request for a fitting room saying “she was busy” when all that she was doing was nothing...One worker did acknowledge me and helped me find a shirt and was very nice...other than that I will most likely not be going back to that store and I do not recommend other doing so too.

Employees were extremely rude. They only cater to the needs of the skinner or better looking customers. Not one word was said to me the whole time I was there, until I payed for my clothes. The employees are always wearing there mask incorrectly and are on their phones. This shows a lot about the standards of the store and company.

Employees expressed zero acknowledgment that there were customers in the store. When I asked questions, they acted as if my presence was an interruption of their phone use. Never once lifted their eyes from their phones.

Extremely bad customer service. Not going back which is sad bc they have cute clothes.

The customer service was fantastic and both the employees we were met with were incredibly nice. I love the clothing found here, theres a lot of variety, however, everything is a bit expensive.

The kids who work at this location are always SO RUDE. Today two of them were saying horrible things about a customer (loud enough for me to hear it from across the store). They also dropped the f bomb a couple of times. I understand pac sun has a relaxed/young vibe.. but these employees were just disrespectful. Will not go back to this location. Always a serious lack of inventory too, even before COVID.

Ive always loved PacSun, so this visit wasnt any different. I wanted to go crazy and buy so many things, but I must say the signs regarding that days sales prevented me from being confident in what I was going to end up paying when I got to the register, and as a result my impulsive side had second thoughts. I ended up walking out empty handed because I had time to doubt the pricing.

I couldn’t be more upset with pacsun. i go there all of the time because i love their store. i bought a sweater and it shrunk do a little kid size. so now i can’t wear it. i spent $55 on it!!!! and they won’t exchange it. will never shop there again. if i were you i wouldn’t as well.

WENT IN TO SHOP FOR SHOES, MY DAUGHTER ASK A QUESTION WHICH SEEMED LIKE A REASONABLE QUESTION TO HER BUT APPARENTLY WAS A DUMB QUESTION TO THESE EMPLOYEES. AFTER SHE LEFT THEY WERE NOT ONLY COMPLAINING ABOUT HER BUT ABOUT THE OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT WERE IN THE STORE. THE GUY SAID HE JUST WANTED THEM ALL OUT ALREADY. WHAT THEY NEGLECTED TO REALIZE WAS THAT MY OTHER DAUGHTER WAS STILL IN THE STORE. WHEN I HEARD ABOUT IT I WENT IN TO GET THE CONTACT INFORMATION OF THE MANAGER AND TO MY SURPRISE HE WAS THE MANAGER. OUTRAGEOUS!

I went in to return something and didnt have the right receipt, so frustrating but Damon was really patient and put calls into corporate and got everything fixed for me. Ill be back.

I do admit- theyre clothes are pretty cute; but super duper expensive. Theyre staff on the other hand... over-privileged, rude, entitled, teenage brats that have no remorse of how you feel or dont care whether you buy whats in their store or not. They look at you like your dumb if you have a question, and they roll their eyes if youre taking too long to get your money out of your purse. such disrespect.

Nice clothes with a decent selection. A bit overpriced & short on certain sizes. Not bad if youre a PacSun fan.

Sign says blue dot buy one, get two free. i bring up 3 items with blue dots. but because they where not on the same rack the sail did not qualify??? also the male selection is terrible.

Tried to call the store in Loveland Colorado at 9:30 AM May 27, I have serious issue with there choice of Calif sun wear....mmmm VERY DISRESPECTFUL to our service member, will never shop there again, if they hate USA that much. surprise they wont answer phone......

Great place for clothes and shoes

No one even acknowledged me. I walked into the store. Past the cashiers who were all speaking to each other and I walked to the show section and walked out. I wasn’t acknowledged walking in or out.

Super rude, disrespectful, never shopping here again.
